Apartment vacation rentals in Matera

Angelo showed us the main attractions on the city map right upon arrival, he left us some things for breakfast even though we didn't have breakfast included. Downtown was easy to reach by car. All in all we had a very nice few days at Angelo's place.

Had a great experience at this Air B&B! Mikaela answered every question we had with a quickness! The view was unbelievable and had complete peace. She had a binder with great recommendations for food, sights, transportation etc. Definitely recommending to everyone that I know visiting West Ireland.

We were two couples and we very much enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is in the modern part of Matera but only a very short walk to elegant shops and restaurants, and to the amazing historical center you'll be exploring. The apartment is modern, spacious, nicely furnished, with a very nicely stocked kitchen. The patio is very large, secluded, and comfortable. We loved everything about the place and would definitely stay here again. I'd note that there is one bathroom adjacent to both bedrooms, but the second bathroom is at the other end of the apartment. The host offers secure garage parking for a modest fee. I recommend you take advantage of this but be sure to drop your bags off at the apartment before you park your car.

A great address in the heart of Matera... Ideal for discovering all the sights on foot. Get perfect communication and food recommendations. I will be happy to come back. Even the very late check-in was not an issue. Thank you

The place is really nice, well appointed and the view is amazing. The morning, really plentiful breakfast basket is also a real special feature. The location is great for exploring the Sassi, restaurants and bars are within walking distance. We parked in a paid parking garage about 10 minutes away. For four people (+ dog) we can absolutely recommend the apartment. Each has complete privacy.

Highly recommend staying at this great apartment with a fabulous sunny big balcony to relax and enjoy the views. It’s in a perfect location - on doorstep of old town Matera which is so magical. Stefanía was very accommodating ! The place is perfect for families because of the size, location , nearby amenities (shops, park, bakery and ice cream shop) and how big it is. It has a lot of light ! And we arrived and had music and a divine atmosphere🥰🥰🥰. Really, there's no better place ! The location is also very good, a few streets away from the Sassi area. IDEAL FOR FAMILIES 👩‍🍼🙍‍♀️🙎‍♂️👧🧒

Wonderfully responsive host with lots of recommendations of places to eat. Great location 5 minute walk to pick up tour for the Olive orchards. Very clean.

Nice apartment in the center of Altamura, built around the concept of sharing and recycling. The pictures are accurate and we found the apartment was cleaned just before we arrived. Marcello is a very helpful host and was very flexible in letting us check in a few hours earlier. He also texted us every day to make sure everything was good. Recommended if you are looking for a cozy place in the heart of Altamura with a creative atmosphere. All the best Marcello - we'll be back for sure if we are in Altamura.

warm welcome by Raf's mamma, safe car in a parking lot 10 m away, everything is done on foot, the sassis, the new city, the lights at sunset and dawn are magical leaks. and warm departure also by Raf, with a kind surprise..... if I come back, it will be here, if friends have to visit Matera, I force them to come there too.

We loved our stay Villa Rosa and would highly recommend to anyone. Firstly the Villa itself is beautiful, the grounds are well kept and the apartments modern and well decorated. Great AC, very comfy beds and pillows and all the amenities you would need for cooking in the kitchen. Our hosts were very friendly, providing a guidebook on arrival and very responsive over text. There is no parking given its right in the city centre, but we never had any trouble finding a convenient free spot on the street outside. On top of all of this, the location couldn’t be more perfect. Easy access from the airports and to many surrounding towns and beaches, but we also loved being able to stroll into conversano which has excellent restaurants, bars and regular town events. Finally we also loved the addition of the friendly Villa cats and kittens who like to say hello and have a cuddle :) One of the best places we’ve stayed- thank you

The apartment (on the 2nd floor, with elevator!) is spacious, from the living room or large bedroom you come to the balcony, with a beautiful view of the park in front. At night it is nice and quiet. The kitchen is a bit dark, but equipped with everything. The historical center is within walking distance, as well as the via Sparano, the shopping street of Bari. To the station is a little further (about a 20-minute walk), but there is also a bus stop with a lot of bus lines and then you'll be there in about 5 minutes. Micky is very kind and responds quickly. He gave us a map of Bari upon arrival and explained where everything was. In short, a great place for a stay in Bari!

Perfect stay but above all comfortable . Very clean room. Large and functional bathtub. Central location 2 steps from the stones (and at Christmas time from the markets) Biagio is always present for anything we needed. Thank you so much for our relaxing weekend!!
