Monthly Rentals in Matamata

We had absolutely amazing stay! We took evening banquet at Hobbiton and arrived almost at midnight. Suzie kindly left us rooms open and light turned on. Rooms were like a beacon in the night, promising long-awaited rest and comfort. All what we regretted that couldn’t stay longer. Breakfast variety was so great! homemade yogurt, milk, fruits, toasts and many more!

Had an incredible stay! The place is incredibly quiet, offering the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. The views are absolutely stunning — every window frames a picturesque scene. Plus, we loved interacting with the friendly animals on the property! Neat and clean, and have all amenities for a stay.

Amazing spot to stay was way bigger than the photos looked. The place was so clean as well. Our only recommendation is a bigger TV for the space and a fan in the bedroom however that is just our personal preference. Very affordable accomodation

Perfect location to visit Hobbiton - 15 mins away! We also did the waterfall trail nearby which was stunning! Pool access is wonderful- we had rain unfortunately so didn’t use, but in the sunshine for sure it’s a delight! Great place you have ! Thank you for a lovely stay
