Monthly Rentals in Matamata

We had a great stay at Suzie’s beautiful home. The house is clean, spacious, and a short 15 min drive from the Hobbiton. The house has everything you need - plenty of linens and excellent water pressure! Thank you Suzie for your wonderful hospitality and stories!

We had a very peaceful stay on the farm. Enjoyed the animals around and the beautiful view and the hosts were very friendly! The porch was amazing, although there were definitely bugs out in the evening. The pull out couch was not comfortable, but we still had a great stay! And it was nice and close for our visit to Hobbiton!

We had an excellent stay at Sabrina's place. It's such a beautiful spot, and we felt very comfy in the cottage. We also enjoyed the opportunity to get close to the animals.

Really great place! Park right outside your big sliding glass door. Large living room with comfortable couch and TV with Netflix, YouTube and Amazon Prime all available to view, you don't need your own account. Table and chairs for eating, well stocked kitchen, nice bathroom, comfortable bed and good bedding. Modern, very clean. Also has air conditioning. Highly recommend!
