the property is located in a kind of holiday village with its own small park, which offers incredible views of the coastline and the ruins of the former mining facilities. All rooms are equipped with air conditioners, which we have also used daily. good restaurants are within walking distance, as well as two mini supermarkets. Check-in and checkout went smoothly. The only flaw was that the communal pool can't be used from September at lunchtime from 1pm to 3pm. But the landlord can't do anything about that.

The house is located on a hill in a large garden, next to a large pine forest and overlooking the sea. We enjoyed the view and tranquility. The area is wildly romantic, suitable for long walks on beaches, rocky hills and in the woods. October/November we were still able to swim in the sea. Shopping is best in Fluminimaggiore: there are several supermarkets, a very good vegetable shop with local products, coffees, restaurants and a fish shop. Even in the low season, the place was busy. The place is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen-living room is large enough and includes all cooking utensils. You can eat inside or outside on the patio. There is a nice, cozy, slightly higher sleeping area and two bathrooms. The host is very accessible and very helpful and knows a lot about the area. We stayed there for 4 weeks and felt welcome and at home. It was a wonderfully relaxing vacation.

congratulations, really, we felt really welcomed. Nothing was missing but we found everything inside the apartment. The really helpful and nice hosts at any time responded to us. Structure in the heart of downtown. We highly recommend it.

The apartment is very spacious, with a sleeping area on the lower floor where the temperature is cooler if it is very hot (however there is an air conditioner both above and below, we have never used it despite the prohibitive heat). The village where it is located is very well cared for, there is also the pool as an additional service. The area is beautiful, and the location allows easy access to many of the attractions of the area, as well as the beaches, for example Porto Flavia, the caves, the Iglesias itself. Recommended.
