Monthly Rentals in Massac County

Our stay exceeded our expectations. Little things like motion sensor lights outside were greatly appreciated when walking our fur babies at night, pet deodorizing wipes, and covers for the couch if they sat with us. The record player and album collection was a nice surprise that we enjoyed. The gigantic claw foot tub and epsom salts were perfect since it was cold outside when we were there. We were surprised by how close we were to the train tracks when we heard a train sounding its horn as it passed through the neighborhood, but once we heard it, it was no big deal when we heard it again. A train only came through a few times when we were there. The place was toasty warm when we arrived which was very nice since it was very cold outside. We appreciated how much room we had to spread out. We felt at home during our stay. We will stay here again on our next trip to the area.

This beautiful home is in a neighborhood full of beauties! Every room is gorgeous & luscious. The rooms are spacious. Kevin is a generous host w a sweet "help yourself to what you need" attitude. He's likely to leave the lights on for you. Book it - you will NOT be disappointed!

It was great to stay at Jan’s home. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Just what we needed! Very quiet with an easy walk to the “wall” and shopping area. We hope to stay there again.

We come to Paducah almost monthly and would definitely stay at Erika’s place again. It was bigger than I was expecting and was the perfect setup. We actually ended up sleeping in the Murphy bed in the front room because then we could watch tv in bed and it was super comfy. We ended up needing some more toilet paper and coffee pods and she was happy to bring us more. It’s very close to everything which was great, the only thing I would note is that it is off a busier road so you do hear some traffic, but it wasn’t enough to bother us.
