An absolute gem. Private, super close to the beach and very peaceful. The outdoor shower and bath was amazing! I didn't even use the inside shower at all.

We stayed here for a 3-night getaway, and were not disappointed. Spacious rooms, well appointed with everything you needed. The beautiful claw-bath was excellent bonus. The cottage has been well refurbished and decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed our relaxed stay here, and will be back again for another chilled-out weekend. Unfortunately - which the host had pre-warned us about and is entirely out of their control - the Hurunui Hotel is permanently closed, so you just need to go further afield for any cafes/restaurants.

This is a lovely tiny home type space that is warm, sunny, clean, and well appointed. Nicci is a great host, always responsive, friendly and helpful.

A perfect place to stay to rest, sightsee and recharge before continuing touring the South Island.Ewa was very kind, provided milk and permitted an early check in which was so very much appreciated. The space is stunning - new, industrial style modern (love the interior!) with an excellent fitted kitchen and luxury toiletries in the gorgeous bathroom. One of the best air b n b’s I have ever stayed in. This is a hidden gem. A perfectly peaceful apartment high up on farmland in the Canterbury region but only 5 mins drive to the nearest large town (and Pac n Save!). Thank you so very much Eva, one day I will return.
