Hot tub, kayaks, 2 decks, firepit-FUN GALORE! Plus the house on acreage, very private! Rustic living w/modern amenities: gas grill, pellet stove, 50” TV w/Roku, 2nd TV w/DVD player, WIFI. The home is private, not directly on lake (<1000 ft directly in front of the home). Shallow water area, able to put in with kayaks/rowboat (no dock, shared area). Close by are other launches such as Victory Park or the Beautiful State Park! Rec. 4WD in winter. NOTE: We do have a ring camera on parking area.

Cozy, attached, Handicap Accessible apartment in the woods with private entrance. One bedroom with queen bed and living room queen hide- a -bed couch . One bathroom with roll in shower. Complete kitchen, WiFi, Streaming TV, and Huge yard for kids and dogs. Indoor, Seasonal pool, heated late April-late Sept. Year round Hot Tub on the deck overlooking the woods. Secluded and very quiet but close to everything, just 10 minutes from downtown, shopping, restaurants, the beach and the state park.

Take it easy at this very private and tranquil getaway. Two bedrooms with large bonus room comfortably sleeps six. Spacious yard and beach area to relax and unwind. Great lake for fishing or swimming off our water trampoline! Spend your evenings around the fire pit (BYO firewood) enjoying time with friends and family. Lots of parking for multiple vehicles. Ludington beaches are an easy 20 minute drive, or go hit the ORV/Hiking trails in the Baldwin area with trail heads just minutes away!

Our 4 bedroom 2 bathroom older home has lots of character with several new modern touches. Located only 1 block off Ludington Ave our home offers a short walk to all the food, fun, and festivities. Stearns Park (public beach) is only 5 blocks away.
