Vacation rentals in Mason County

We loved the trails around the property and really enjoyed soaking in the hit tub, especially after our 5 mile hike at Nordhouse Dunes! The apartment was very clean, well stocked with essentials and exceeded our expectations.

My husband and I took a few days for a much needed break. We quickly felt at home in this cute, clean and comfortable cottage. We loved the retro feel of “Vacation Lane,” and learned that the resort was established in the 1940’s. We especially loved the original sign over the entrance which simply takes you back in time! The view of the lake from the screened-in porch was the best on the block and Chris and Clara’s attention to detail and personal touches make you feel right at home. There were many things to do in the area, including the state park right on lake Michigan, sand dunes, a walk to the lighthouse, a nearby restaurant and pizza place, and a winery in Silver Lake only 30 minutes away. We definitely recommend Sandpiper Cottage!

Melissa was very friendly and helpful during our check in. The condo was perfect for our group of four adults and 2-year-old grandson. The rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated. The location is great with playground, restaurants and shopping within reasonable walking distance. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Laundry Room is handy although we didn’t need to use it. Parking and access to condo is very handy. We look forward to another stay in this lovely space. Thanks for making this a special memory with our family from England!

The house is beautiful and cozy and you just feel so relaxed by the lake. Can’t wait to do it again. Wonderful stay! Everything was very clean also! And plenty of dishes and paper products for a big family. We enjoyed it very much. Thank you!

The accommodations were great for our small family attending a destination beach wedding. We could easily walk around to the parks and downtown events. The location is awesome, easy to find, park, and even hang out on the cute deck playing games once we settled in. The hosts were very responsive and friendly too. We had a wonderful weekend stay.

Our stay was perfect. Beautiful, modern, clean home with contemporary touches. We’ll be back.

We love this house! Lots of room to spread out, nice decor, furniture and beds. Kitchen os well supplied. Lots of parking space which is a huge plus as we had a family dinner there. Would definitely book again,

We had a wonderful time in Ludington. Sarah's place was very comfortable, very clean, spacious, nice/plentiful linens, well stocked kitchen, plenty of seating for our family to hang out together. The location was perfect! Our little one found very exciting "new toys" and books to keep her interested for hours! Everything was easy at Sarah's. Beautiful yard, ample parking. When we found that the propane tank was empty, there was a replacement on the front porch very early the next morning. Sarah was very responsive, helpful, and friendly !! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will be back!

Our stay at the little yellow cottage was the peaceful retreat we were looking for. Cute, quirky and fun little place with all the essentials. Restful and still close to the busy happenings of Ludington. Erica was proactive and any questions that came to mind were found in the listing.
