Monthly Rentals in Mashyar

Our stay was the highlight of our travels through Himachal Pradesh. This is a hidden gem in the mountains. It takes a little while to hike up, about 1 hour for able bodied persons, but it is so worth it. The place is totally secluded high on the mountain, so beautiful, peaceful, and has a world class view. Om Prakash ji and Asha ji were wonderful and very attentive hosts. They cooked for us on our last night there and it was delicious. Om Prakash took us to the summit of Labhri top. He spent the whole day hiking with us and packed us a lunch of parathas and chai. It cost extra (1,500 Rs), but highly recommend it for those who like hiking and lead an active lifestyle. Pretty strenuous hike at times, but the view from the top makes it all worth it. The journey is quite beautiful too. All in all the place, our hosts - Om Prakash and Asha, and our time there was completely charming. We really hope to return soon.

Beautiful sceneric view from the property with quite misty morning along with cozy stay. sangat the host was very responsive having a helping and caring nature made us more comfy. you have to trek a little to reach up and no need to worry for food, the host itself is a great cook served us with delicious homely cooked food in good quantity. we surely gonna visit again just to have his cooked food. he also helped in visiting tourist places.

We have had a wonderful stay at 'Nomads Heaven'. When we arrived Megh was a great help. He met us in the village of Bahu and guided us on the dirt road (about 3 km's) to the village of Dhar. For us the dirt road was no problem because we had a 4 x 4 and because of the remotes I experienced, incredible pease and quiet. It was totally worth the trek. We love hiking and there are endless trails to explore in the erea with beautiful views of the mountains that surround the cottage. We loved the unique design and special touches in the cottage and the kitchen was an amazing and well organized place to prepare meals for ourselves. Sitting on the top balcony drinking a morning tea was truly lovely. The big woodstove in the living room downstairs provided fabulous atmosphere and was super cozy and warm. Thanks for this great place, we would love to come back soon!

I feel like I found a home away from home. Waking up to birdsong, indulging in scenic walks and treks, and eating delicious home cooked food, this was the holiday I needed. The hosts Radha and Yograj are warm and welcoming, and ever ready to guide you through your days. The living space is charming, cosy and clean, and excellent value for money with a sweet outdoor sitting area. I will definitely be back.
