Cozy and Clean! Couldn’t ask for anything more. Quiet and lots to do in the area. Made for a great long weekend away. Can’t wait to go back.

Randi’s home was as described. Beautiful cottage feel with excellent amenities. The guest suite was very private, with adequate indoor and outdoor space to enjoy. The suite was styled to feel very homey but updated to be efficient. Randi was also kindly enough to provide us access to the property (hammock, fire pit, patio) and other amenities (beach chairs, umbrellas,kayaks). Close walk to great spots like Nomans and super close to the pond and the beach. Perfect location to enjoy Oak Bluffs. Looking forward to staying at the property again.

Staying with Deirdre was an absolutely wonderful experience. She greeted me when I arrived, made sure I had everything I needed, and was very responsive throughout our correspondence. Her place looks just like the pictures - even better in person with the view of the water! I booked the stay as a getaway to work on school assignments, and her place could not have been more perfect. Would stay here again and highly recommend!

Beautiful spot on the lake. The yard area was even nicer than we expected. We enjoyed using the paddle boat in the evening to go out to the middle of the lake for the amazing view and some swimming. The host, Jim, even offered to help our daughter bake a homemade pie with fresh blackberries from their garden. Overall, a great place.

We loved the surroundings and coffee in the morning at the lake. It is worth it for the place and the view. In addition to that Therese was very responsive, caring and flexible. Highly recommend!

My wife and I stayed here for our one year anniversary, and we were so so happy with our stay! Arman was very kind and genuine from the moment we booked our stay, up until our departure. He made sure we gave him a call as soon as we checked in to let us know about all the features of the house that may be hidden, and gave us amazing recommendations around the area that made it very difficult for us to want to venture out anywhere else! (Bucatino's and Somerset creamery, YUM!!!). We had the pleasure of meeting Arman in person just one time. He was kind, genuine, and very personable. Also very respective of our privacy, which we really appreciate. His fish pond out back is AMAZING! I looked forward to feeding the fish because they were so beautiful to look at! The pond lights up at night, and it looks really cool! If we are ever back in the area, we are definitely going to look for Arman's place again. Thank you so much for your accomodations!!!

The Oasis is amazing! Great location, walkable to both the boardwalk and the town. Very dog friendly! Plenty of space for me, my wife, and our dog. Patty is a fantastic host, so friendly and we even saw her around town. All the extras made our stay so much easier, we forgot a toothbrush and there was one in our welcome basket. That, plus lots of snacks :) Hands down the best Airbnb we ever stayed at! Looking forward to visiting again!

Really lovely place. It is a separate, little place with a separate entrance in the back. A little small if you have kids and are planning to just hang out there, but otherwise great.

Josh's place was perfect for our visit with family during Thanksgiving. We were able to walk to their house from his place and it was nice to have a place to rest during the busy holiday festivities. Josh was responsive and easy to communicate with and was flexible with check out and check in times.

We had a lovely stay. Spacious very clean and comfortable. Beautiful decorated and landscaped. Homemade cookies awaited us. Hope to stay here again next fall!

Susan and Tom are phenomenal people and we had a very pleasant stay. The walk to the beach is only 5 minutes and we had a great time. Beautiful neighborhood. Bikes were super convenient. Susan even left us a bottle of wine. Absolute bargain!

Staying at Anne’s is delightful. It was our second time. Her Airbnb is situated in a beautiful town. Walking to town is one of our favorite pastimes. She provides delicious treats. It is always a pleasure to meet her. Anne exudes hospitality.

Max's place is right in the heart of Falmouth, accessible to all of the restaurants as well as the beaches. It's a great place and very comfortable, with all we needed to spend the night before the Cape Cod half marathon. We were two couple, so we made the utmost use of the bathroom and kitchenette. Everything we needed was there, and neatly accessible. I should note that Mas is a great person and was very helpful in getting us situated, etc. Highly recommended!

Kristin's place was the perfect winter getaway I was looking for. It is a nice cozy place right on the lake with views from each room including the bedroom- so I could wake up to the view! The kitchenette had all the items I needed for my short stay and the place was modern yet cozy and very clean! Kristin was very kind and helpful and graciously accommodated several requests I had to make me feel at home and work with my schedule. I would definitely stay here again and think this is a perfect place in every season!

Julie’s place was amazing! It was very clean, had anything you could possibly need, was in a quiet neighbourhood and had a very comfy bed. It was also more spacious than we expected it to be. Truly the best air bnb we have stayed in! We would definitely go back

What an amazing space - I love historic houses and especially love old carriage houses, especially when they're restored as beautifully as this one. It had that cozy 1899 era feel like you were stepping back in time, but everything was renovated to modern day standards and decorated with a fitting kind of nautical vibe to match the history + area. George was a fantastic host, sweet enough to check in after the first night and immediately responsive, very accommodating. Wish I could have stayed longer than just a few nights, but hope to have the opportunity to come back!

Had a lovely time staying at the Osprey nest. Great area with lots of restaurants locally. Gene and Carol were very informative while also giving us our space and making it feel super private. They were kind enough to shovel us a path to our car when it snowed. I accidentally left my iPad behind and they happily offered to ship it back. Great stay, would recommend.

Clean and private! Instructions were well written, and the place looked exactly as described. We had some small missing pleasantries like tissues (unless we didn’t look in the right place for them) and a small trash bag for the bathroom (again, unless we missed them) but otherwise it was quite a nice stay. The property itself is pretty! My only comment is that it’s a little hard to find from the road and the “don’t tread on me” flag in the driveway made us think we shouldn’t drive up to the door.

Maria Clara's studio was perfect. Everything was clean and as described, she and her family were kind and attentive. The location is optimal for being near Edgartown, but removed enough from the peak season hustle and bustle. I would definitely recommend the space, and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

First of all the location is beautiful! It didn't matter that the sleeping quarters was not the most attractive place since we spent most of our day outside anyways. The dock in the back was nice to relax on. There are kayaks and a paddleboard to use on this lovely water with yachts. The area was so nice and near many beaches, parks and shops on Main Street. The accommodations were very clean. Keep in mind that this is an open concept basement so no separate rooms for everyone. There is enough place for a family. A queen sizes bed, a single bed and many couches for small kids. Bathroom was clean. I say you get what you pay for. So I definitely recommend! Thank you Dennis!

The Cupboard Atop the Stairs was perfect for our stay! Although it is attached to the host’s home- you would never know it! So quiet and private with its own entrance, parking space and patio area. The gardens throughout the entire yard were magical- love, LOVE! The bathroom was sparkling clean and spacious- the shower has plenty of space even though it is blended into the pitched roof. The oversized towels were soft and amazing! The bed was soooooo comfortable!!! And there are cubby spaces to store your bags and a mini kitchen with a small fridge/ freezer combo, a keurig machine, a French press, a microwave, a small sink, and plenty of cutlery & dishes as well as many helpful extras- baggies, foil, wrap, scissors, condiment mini packs…. There were both coffee & tea kcups, a small selection or snacks and oatmeal cups. Plenty of local literature and suggestions. A disposable cooler and beach towels to use & borrow. The host has thought of everything! Highly recommend

The property was located in a very quiet area. The house is well equipped for two people. Hyannis downtown had great restaurants and fun shopping.
