We had an amazing time. The house was spotless and all updated. It was very nicely decorated and spacious. The area was private and serene. It was easy to walk downtown and to Joshua’s Pond. Mary was kind and helpful. She responded immediately to any of our questions. We hope we have the opportunity to hear again. It was perfect.

The house is lovely! The yard is the real star here, and the location is fantastic. The only small things I would comment on are providing your own linens (not ideal) and no coffee or anything to last a day upon arrival. But overall, I would recommend it for a nice stay on the island!

A wonderful spot filled with Machpee and Cape cod decor. The location was excellent given we travelled up and down the Cape and needed a spot that was centrally located. The house is well appointed and has everything you need ! It looks exactly like the photos. And the neighbourhood is very nice too.

Fabulous house and great location for us to explore Cape Cod plus just a short drive to Falmouth’s lovely restaurants. Plenty of comfortable seating for guests and wardrobe space. Garden was fab with superb gas barbecue dining area and fire pit. Pretty much perfect other than a safe for passports/ jewellery/ valuables. Thank you for a wonderful stay!! Would definitely recommend!

We absolutely enjoyed our stayed. It's beautiful from the pictures online, but when you walk in it has a feel of being at a getaway even better than expected. The view is gorgeous and the home is very well kept and decorated. A big bonus for us was the spacious outdoor hottub. I would definitely feel comfortable booking with them again!

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay in Sandwich. The owner was very responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. The house was quaint and the layout fit our needs perfectly with our toddler. The little details of the art & decor throughout made us feel right at home. The kitchen was supplied with all the essentials, including detailed information about the home! We would absolutely recommend this place to friends & family. We look forward to booking again sometime soon!

Thank you Amy! The house was clean, the beds were delicious… I slept less than I would have liked, they were amazing, and I wish I had gotten more sleep! I broke Amy’s shower and coffee table, but her communication with me was great. I apologized, she sent the damages and everything was fine. She was very kind and easy to talk to =) I would definitely stay again and absolutely recommend it. If I can give you one tip: put curtains closed on the windows to make it really dark… I can only think of how perfect the rooms would be! I wouldn’t get up anymore! hahahaha Thanks Amy!
