This little cabin was the perfect place for a solo retreat. Beautiful detail throughout the space, comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities! I didn’t get a chance to meet Stephen or his wife, but they were very proactive in offering to help out if I needed anything. I would definitely recommend this for a peaceful quiet stay.

It was a last minute trip for my wife and I . They were prompt in responding to our request on such short notice. The Bear’s Den was exactly as described and exactly what we needed. Only a few minutes away from one of my wife’s favorite places .. Cumberland Falls. The place was clean and the attention to detail was great. We will most definitely be back !!

We loved it!! This little cabin was absolutely perfect! Everything from the furniture and decorations made it look cozy and modern at the same time. The space was very organized and clean, and anything we could have needed was provided. It is the perfect getaway, and we will definitely be back!!

This is the third time I've stayed at Janie's place and we are already planned for next year. It's a perfect place for a large family or friend gathering. Plenty of space to spread out and the large plot of land allows minimal worries about bothering neighbors. Janie has thought of everything from hygiene products and plenty of linens to a full stocked kitchen.
