What a gem in the Czech countryside. We were there in early autumn to visit Karlovy Vary and Cheb and truly enjoyed Robert's (and his mother's hospitality). The village is an ideal spot for fall vibes and the place is cozy as all get out. Definitely will stay there again!

Very nice place to stay. Plenty of room Beautiful large garden. Very suitable for large groups: large living room with many chairs and tables. Large seating area in the garden. Highly recommended and gladly again. Accessibility without a car a little difficult, as the bus connections are rather irregular. Requires some planning and good timing.

We spent a family weekend here with 14 people and a dog. We were able to make great use of the barbecue house despite the autumn temperature. Common space with foosball and billiards was good.

Super nice house with everything we need and can imagine. Very large and nice bedrooms in the loft. Lovely with 2 bathrooms. Great that everything from soap, toilet paper to towels is included. Nice internet connection from the house provider. We are happy to come again and give Elena and the house the best recommendations.

We really enjoyed the time in this cottage! The house is lovingly and practically furnished at the same time. There is everything you need and also great things to discover. The garden is an absolute dream and versatile! The property itself is the last one on the field and therefore also interesting for dog owners. The hosts are very nice and attentive! We feel compelled to book this place again! :) Thank you!!

Great recommendation. It was very nice and there was nothing missing in the amenities - especially the children were thought of with many indoor and outdoor toys!

The house feels remote, but restaurants and supermarkets can be reached by car in 5 minutes. It is very well equipped and has a cozy atmosphere, perfect for an autumn/winter getaway - no matter what the weather. There are good hiking and climbing opportunities in the area. Lucia is a great hostess. We will be happy to come back!

Had a wonderful and relaxing stay! The house is located in a quiet area, ideal for exploring the surroundings on foot and easy to unplug. Inside, everything is lovingly maintained and spotlessly clean, making you feel right at home. Andreas was an extremely friendly and helpful host who made our stay even more enjoyable. I can really recommend this space to anyone.

Everything was just right. Very lovingly and comfortably furnished. Everything you needed was available, via a fully automatic coffee machine, towels, shower gel... From the garden we were able to take the dogs directly into the forest and endless hikes. Then we were able to warm up by the existing fireplace.

Highly recommend it. We were there with our dog and had a very nice holiday there. Steffen was always there when you needed him and super nice!

Nice compact house with three bedrooms and a small garden. Parking space in front of the house. Amenities nearby. Good location to discover the Frankenjura and Neurenberg. Kind host.

We stayed 3 nights with our two children. I didn't experience such a great host and space. It is simply dreamy, everything imaginable is available, you would prefer to move in here. Very high level and very well maintained clean and modernly furnished. Whoever comes here will always come back. Even board games, 2 TVs, fully equipped kitchen from A-Z. The couple were very friendly and we were instructed. It is rather modestly shown in the advertisement actually it is far more than described. Please take care of all this heart-filled and well-maintained accommodation and leave it away from it all. We almost had a Provatvilla for us with private parking and the meadow center was not 5 minutes by car from us. A dream. We will certainly come back in the summer. Wifi was also available

A very nice house. Unfortunately, 1 bathroom is not available right now. The rooms are very nice, the kitchens big.

We had a very relaxing time at Svenja & Alex's place. The house is very cozy, the garden and balcony wonderful for sunbathing and the magnificent nature around it invites you to long hikes. Our two small dogs were also very enthusiastic. Communication was impeccable - Alex and Svenja were quick to help us if we had any questions. We highly recommend the house and would be happy to come back. Thank you for everything!

We were also in the very nice apartment as family and friends with a child. The contact was very friendly and very fast. The place is very nicely decorated and very clean. Especially in the kitchen, there are still a few spices, coffee and sugar extra available. Kitchen is generally very well equipped. The accommodation exceeded our expectations. We would book again at any time.

We had a relaxing holiday with our 3 children. The accommodation is very cozy and equipped with the most necessary. The people in the area are super friendly and lots of opportunities to do business. We will be happy to come back :)

The chalet is nicely furnished & everything needed is available. It was very clean & the reception was friendly. Close to the chalet is a beautiful forest adventure trail, which is also beautiful in winter.

We stayed for the second time in the apartment with Rosa and had a very great extended weekend. Even after the really easy and flexible check-in, we felt very comfortable again. The apartment is spacious and also offers enough space for a large family (we were 8 adults and 2 children). The kitchen is very good, equipped with everything needed. The house is simply super cozy and very lovingly furnished, especially now during the Advent season. We slept heavenly in the cozy beds after our excursions. Rosa responded promptly to inquiries or requests in a friendly and extremely courteous manner. She was always there for us. We will be back for sure. Thank you for the time.
