My stay was perfect. Home is bright and clean just like the pictures and Lydia is a great host --very friendly and easy going. Really made my arrival in Markham a positive experience!

Osman was an amazing host. As a new immigrant who just relocated to Canada with my wife, it was important that our first stay in the country would be conducive. Osman's space made absolutely sure of that. The room had everything needed with enough to house the two of us. This review won't be complete without mentioning Osman's unique hospitality. He made sure we were fine, offered us snacks, and even gave us a ride a few times. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a simple yet cosy basement.

I was in town for a 2- day conference and needed a quiet place to unwind and continue working on my studies. Chong’s place was just that, I felt at home and at peace. He went above and beyond by providing personalized snacks (even as far as asking for my dietary restrictions and beverage of choice). There was fruit and water bottles in the fridge I was able to help myself. Furthermore, Chong also cleared the snow off my car and shovelled a small path for me to get to my car. It’s these little things that make Chong a great host! :)
