Monthly Rentals in Markham

Timely response. Easy to extend the staying. The temperature in the room is around 24-25C degree, really warm!!!

We were in town for my husbands surgery at Shouldice. This was the perfect place for me during his hospital stay. It is about a ten minute walk from Shouldice. Walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, anything you need. Chris was great at accommodating our schedule and even made sure there were a couple things in the suite so that we could pack as light as possible. Nice and cool inside for the hot weather, but also had a heater if it was too cool. Would definitely stay here again

Jenny is one of the best hosts I have ever met! She’s accountable and accommodating when I encounter lateness due to uncertain transportation, and proactively gave me helpful solution. As factually described in the listing, the place was well tidied up with spacious room for a rest! Not to mention there’s a parking that’s pretty friendly for visitors like us, driving all around to explore Markham and GTA. Would absolutely recommend the stay, and Jenny would be the host you could account for;)

Jenny is very nice and warm-hearted host. Will rebooking when I business trip here again.
