Monthly Rentals in Marina District, San Francisco

Backyard was very beautiful and peaceful. Neighborhood is close to Chestnut St with restaurants and shopping. Close to Crissy field and the marina, which made for great jogs and outings. Washer + dryer worked great. Bathroom is quite large and luxurious (tub and separate standing shower with 2 shower heads). Check-in instructions were clear and well communicated! Package delivery worked well. There's also an amazon locker for pickup about 15 mins away at the Safeway. Had a great time here :)

This was our second time renting Patrick’s beautiful home, and we absolutely loved our stay again! We had one snafu last time, where the apartment’s cleaners lied to Patrick about us “leaving things around the apartment,” which was abjectly incorrect. This time, since Patrick doesn’t live nearby, we asked his brother-in-law do a walkthrough as we moved out so there was no misunderstanding, and that worked out great. He said “this is the best anyone has ever left the apartment!” Thank you, Mike! We love the apartment, the amenities, the neighborhood, and communicating with Patrick (and Mike!) We’d LOVE to come back again!

Great place, very clean and quiet. The host was outstanding and extremely responsive. Good area with things around it and a secure, safe unit/area.
