Vacation rentals with beach access in Marina di San Vito

We stayed at Alfredo's place in May. At that time, the beaches are still very empty but we were already able to rent umbrella and sunbeds just around the corner on the beach. Alfredo's apartment is well suited for 2 persons. We had a lovely time in Montesilvano. Thank you

The apartment is located in the city center, but it is still very quiet. On the ground floor there is a bar where you can go down in the morning for breakfast and in the evening for an aperitif. There are many good restaurants, shops, bars, you will find everything you need. Both the station and the beach are just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. The apartment itself is very spacious, equipped with everything you need. Well-functioning air conditioning offered relief after a hot day on the beach. An added bonus is the huge rooftop terrace, furnished with patio furniture and an umbrella. We spent our evenings there pleasantly. We will definitely return to Pescara and this apartment. Grace is a wonderful guest, she responded quickly to our questions.

Guiseppe's place is filled with character. it is a great location, just around the corner from the beach. Easy to reach the train station and anything else else you might want.

Carla host very responsive , nice , kind, for anything was immediately available. Definitely recommend, great experience. Thank you Carla for your hospitality. Everything as in the description.

House located surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. Quiet with sea and mountain views. Quality delivery with large indoor and outdoor spaces and above all an incredibly large pool. Excellent stay.

We had a brief stay at Piera and Nico's beautiful beach house, and we wish it had been longer! The home itself was lovely, clean, had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. It was a very private location, very large yard and patio space, and exceptional views of the sea. We accessed the "secret" tunnel many times to get to the beach, and it was a favorite with my little boys. We cooked many meals in the kitchen, and used the charcoal grill. Both Piera and Nico were very responsive if we had any questions or if anything came up. Great hosts! The surrounding villages were full of character, and were less than 45 minute drive. Some were even as close as 15 to 20 minutes away. So much local charm, beautiful vistas, delicious cappuccinos, and incredible history. We never swam in the ocean, because it was too cold, but we did hang out at the beach. A lot of places were closed down by the beach, but others were open in town. Highly recommend this place!

The apartment is simply gorgeous. The attention to detail and the optimization of the spaces is incredible. The location is strategic, quiet but at the same time very close to the village and beaches, reachable in a few minutes on foot. Mohammed is a very welcoming and helpful host, for any need you can count on him. If you're staying here, you won't have to think about anything but relaxing. Simonetta’s place was beyond wonderful! She is the sweetest host I’ve ever stayed with and so helpful! Simonetta met me upon arrival and gave me a tour of her wonderful home. She had a map of the city laid out as well as recommendations for things to do , places to eat , and the shopping area. Pescara has been my favorite stop in Italy so far. Very cute quaint and peaceful. Calm compared to the crowded streets of Rome but still more than enough things to do and see to keep you occupied. A 2 minute walk to the beautiful beaches and about 5 from the downtown area. 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful get away :)

The apartment has an incredibly beautiful view of the sea! The historic old town, the train station, restaurants, the beach - everything is within walking distance. Serena was very helpful and gave us many tips for excursions and restaurants. We can only recommend the apartment!

It was me and my girlfriend visiting Pescara in Fabrizio's B&B, what can we say? We were greeted by his father, a real gentleman! Always present and very kind, very cozy house and full of everything you need, we slept on the sofa bed overlooking the mini terrace with a beautiful and fresh air, also great for breakfast and eating there, the place is great for parking and underneath there are markets and everythingelse, I highly recommend it

I stayed in this beautiful house in Pescara and I can say that it was a fantastic experience. The house was exactly as described and identical to the cozy photos, well furnished and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location is really exceptional, located a few steps from the sea. It was enough to cross the street to be directly on the beach, a real advantage for those who love to spend their days on the beach. The only small negative note was the difficulty in finding a parking spot on Saturdays. Even if the structure has a garage, there was no use of internal parking We had to look for a parking spot nearby, which turned out to be a bit complicated due to the weekend influx despite this small inconvenience, the stay was perfect. I would definitely return to this apartment and I would recommend it without hesitation to my friends If you are looking for a cozy place and close to the sea in Pescara, this house is the ideal choice

Really positive experience! The property is cozy and well cared for, with clean and comfortable environments. The location is perfect! Quiet area 5 minutes 🚙 from the center of Vasto, with ample parking, a beautiful view of the sea and very close to the bike path. The host, Anna, is extremely kind and made herself available from the beginning to the end of our stay. We highly recommend this place and hope to be back soon!
