We stayed at Alfredo's place in May. At that time, the beaches are still very empty but we were already able to rent umbrella and sunbeds just around the corner on the beach. Alfredo's apartment is well suited for 2 persons. We had a lovely time in Montesilvano. Thank you

The apartment is in a strategic and super comfortable position, rooms overlooking the sea (beautiful), surrounded by restaurants and bars, a stone's throw from the sea bridge. We were pleasantly impressed by the size of the apartment itself, which is also quite functional, very clean and you can see that the owners took care of it because it is really well kept. The house surrounded by olive trees creates an atmosphere of relaxation in absolute silence, all surrounded by a really deserving view. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for your stay (dishes, towels...). Bruno was a very kind host and always ready to help us! Perfect position next to the main square in Pescara, close to the beach. The house is spacious, clean, perfectly renewed and check in was very smooth. The host was responsive even at late hours.

Very spacious, beautiful, clean and well-kept apartment with a large balcony, beautifully furnished living room with very comfortable seating places and two bathrooms in an excellent location, very close to the beach and the sea and to well-stocked shops (e.g. Tigre open everyday until 22:00) and various restaurants. In such a beautiful, modernly furnished apartment with a dishwasher and washer-dryer, you can rest and relax with pleasure. You can stay here both for a short and long time, also with children. The owner Cristiano, an exceptionally nice, friendly and kind person, is happy to answer various questions related to the use of the apartment. Flexible check-in and check-out hours. If we come to Pescara again, we would definitely like to be guests of Cristiano again.

Extremely friendly and helpful hosts, very nice reception, care during the stay and farewell. Tastefully decorated, spacious apartment with great views of the very close sea. We almost felt at home and miss sitting on the balcony in the morning or afternoon and hearing the sea rushing.

Everything was very clean and well cared for, Gianni and Lucia were also very kind to keep us a place to park our car, as well as suggesting a good restaurant for the evening. The location is also convenient for those who have to take the highway again or have to go skiing in Roccaraso.

Beautiful apartment that has so many thoughtful appliances and everything one could need while travelling. We had a great time and enjoyed the place. Communication was very quick and friendly with Alessandro. The beach is just across the street :) Would recommend this and stay here again!

We have been very fortunate to travel and Hugo and his Mom Emilia are authentic people. They make you feel as family on day one. My wife and I together with my son and his girl friend had a magnificent stay at Hugo’s apt. Pescara is a layback city with great outdoor restaurants and bars.
