Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Marienwerder

Had a wonderful 2 week stay at Julia's. The location is in a very safe and peaceful neighbourhood along with convenient public transport within walking distance. Julia has also been very helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend.

We had only checked in for one night to celebrate a birthday. Slightly different than expected from the photo of the house, the house is located in the village and on the left and right are more houses. Behind the house is the old farm, with chickens , rabbit goats and a pretty aviary. In the summer you can also stay in the garden and eat outside at tables with benches. For an outdoor coffee, the weather was just as good. We were welcomed so warmly that we immediately felt at home. Petra is a very nice hostess. Arrival and departure were handled very accommodating, even the day before us was blocked to allow an earlier arrival. There was even a delicious birthday cake from Petra. There were also tips for things to do. The Heiligengrabe monastery is very worthwhile. Wittstock is also worth a visit. However, we could not explore much more in the short time. It was a very nice short stay.

We really liked the Spreehaus. The location in the forest with the Spree in the distance is really nice. A place to relax and detox. The surrounding forest invites you to take short and long hikes. The sauna is certainly a highlight. The house itself is flooded with light and upscale. We felt very comfortable here.

A beautiful place to stay! A high-quality renovated, listed cottage with stylish decor. We (family of 4) felt comfortable and appreciated the ambiance. Everything you need for a short weekend is there. In the garden, we could still enjoy late summer rays of sunshine in sun loungers. Corinna is quick to respond and provide you with all the important information. We will definitely be back!

A super nice place with a wonderful location! The communication was always super fast and super friendly. The house has everything you need. We really enjoyed the walks, the sauna and the hot tub. Everything is top notch in terms of amenities. We didn't miss anything and would have liked to have stayed longer:-). The dryer is also super great, which makes it extremely easier. We were there over Christmas and enjoyed the fireplace. The terrace is very large and with great furniture...in summer also certainly a dream. We will be happy to come back!

We stayed with 7 people in Tinia's place and had a wonderful weekend. The whole house is very cozy and stylishly furnished and equipped with everything you need for cooking etc. The communication was very straightforward and friendly. We especially liked the huge living room, the terrace and the large garden!

Everything is fine, nice, bright and clean place. Exactly as shown in the photos. Nice equipment with small things in the bathroom and kitchen. Thank you and we will be back!

Wonderful place—very comfortable, well equipped, sparkling clean—in a perfect location. Contactless checkin/checkout went smoothly (there’s also a storage room one can use after checkout time), and using a door code was very convenient. Communication with Simon was super quick and they adjusted checkin time, as the room was ready earlier. Choriner Strasse is a quiet, but central spot. A great find!

We have stayed at the other place Allan has and really enjoyed this one as well. The location of the apartment is great and there are so many restaurants, bakeries and cafes within a close walking distance. The elevator made it easy to get all of our luggage up to the top floor with our 2 kids, which we really appreciated! Allan and Paulina were very responsive to any questions we had. The folder with all of the check in information had some great recommendations of things to do in the area. The entire apartment is very clean, bright and open and worked great for our family. We look forward to making another trip to stay here again. Highly recommend!

I feel like I can't say enough good things about Julia and this apartment. Everything was perfect. The place is even better than the photos, and Julia is there every step of the way. I already miss staying here, and it will be my go-to place when coming to Berlin. The only thing I'm worried about is too many people finding out about this amazing gem! Thank you, Julia!

Apartment was clean and it had everything we needed including shampoo etc. Communication with the host was excellent and the book-in was easy. The area was really nice and near the water.

Great location, stayed a week and mostly walked. Very well furnished, comfortable stay, fully furnished kitchen for cooking, not sure how hot it can be during summer but was greatly heated during our winter days there 👍. Fast internet for remote workers. Highly recommend and would stay again, thanks Egil for making our stay so easy.

For the second time, we spent a wonderfully relaxing week with our circle of friends (3 couples) in Marga's beautiful house. Ideal for cooking and sitting together, taking small or larger walks in the countryside or exploring Berlin. A special highlight for us is the large swimming pool and sauna - and all this for a city vacation! The house is lovingly and well equipped, the beds of very good quality. We feel comfortable here and will be happy to come back next year! Many thanks to Marga and everyone who helped us have such a good stay!

We felt very comfortable during our short stay. The apartment is really nicely furnished, the beds cozy and it has everything you need. The area is beautiful anyway. Highly recommended.

Like a hotel atmosphere but private as at home. Beautifully decorated, you will find everything you need there, with good quality. Spacious and elegant without forgetting comfort.

We arrived for the Berlinale and stayed in Frank’s apartment. Everything was great — the apartment fully matched the description. It’s spacious, cozy, full of natural light. Very well designed and decorated. Transportation was great, and it was easy for us to get to the different Berlinale venues. Frank was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended!

Great host, great place

From the underground parking by elevator directly to the 5th floor, there you can expect an apartment in new condition, with immaculate purity, top amenities and views over the roofs of Berlin! The beds are very taut and by no means saggy, ( the masterbed is very cozy!) the bedding and towels have hotel quality and seem to be washed even according to the hygiene standards. The freezer is separate under the fridge and offers 4 compartments. The Wi-Fi is great. The location of the apartment is top, in a good area, friendly residents and a premium Holmes Place gym and Kaufland right outside the door. The host is super accessible! Will come again any time!

We loved the Apartment and our stay in Berlin. It was very easy to get from the airport to the apartment (S9 train) and the apartment was beautiful , with very unique and interesting design details. The apartment was within walking distance to many sights (such as museum island) or any easy subway ride (stop right outside apartment) to others (Brandenburg Gate). Highly Recommend to others who would like to visit Berlin
