Evegate Manor Barn

NicRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Larissa's place is wonderful and provided the perfect space for our needs. The garden is HUGE and access to the hot tub was a bonus too. The accommodation was well appointed with everything we needed and very homely. We had a very warm welcome and I would highly recommend this place to others.

The Old shires barn was beyond our expectations, with an absolutely beautiful living space. The gift basket and robes were a very nice touch that made us feel at home. The owners were very responsive, helpful and friendly throughout. It was a pleasure to stay here and would definitely recommend.

Plantagenet: A Historic Country Cottage with Pool

KathleneRating, 5 stars3 days ago
We enjoyed a wonderful long Easter weekend in this charming cottage. The space was cozy and perfectly appointed, lots of old charm - original cottage was built in 1550! - and special touches that delighted our children and made us feel like we were in quite a magical little space. The gardens are beyond gorgeous and just a lovely space to sit in the sunshine and watch our children play. It was a wonderful weekend filled with children’s laughter, bird song and cozy nights by the fire as a family. Thank you Tim & Maite for sharing your gorgeous cottage with us. The children are already asking we come back soon!

Thatched Cottage Kent hideaway 3 Bed HotTub Haven!

OlgaRating, 5 stars3 days ago
What a beautiful cottage! Exactly like on the photos, very charming. Surroundings are stunning, hot tub was a treat. The kitchen is very well equipped with anything you might need. Beds were comfortable and cozy. The conservatory was great to just sit and play board games and have lovely meals, was nice and warm and toastie in there and the views!! Pauline’s communication and response times were excellent, very friendly and accommodating. All I would suggest, if possible is perhaps to think of some sort of covers/shelter from the cold/wind by the hot tub. It was very windy and we still wanted to enjoy the hot tub, but it got very cold whilst inside. Some sort of coverings will work a treat. Pauline suggested some great pubs and things to do in the area. All and all my friends and I had a lovely stay. Thanks Pauline!

Relaxing retreat with hot tub & woodburner

JasveerRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Absolutely charming place with charming hosts. Julie and Brian were very kind, hospitable and very informative about the local area. They really go (and went) the extra mile for which we are grateful for. The Old Goat House was perfect for our long weekend away. The area was secluded and peaceful. We were able to relax in front of the log burner or in the hot tub. We will definitely be returning. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place with us.

Pheasants Lodge

We had a truly lovely stay! I was presenting at a conference in Canterbury, which was a very short drive away, so it was really nice to come back from the hustle and bustle to something peaceful and relaxing. Everything was impeccable and I was really happy that there were loads of eco-friendly touches. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely come back.

Cordyline Cottage

RoseyRating, 5 stars8 months ago
We really enjoyed our week in Cordyline. Very well located between the beach and high street. With two young children in our group we ate in every night and the kitchen was well equipped to enable this. The ground floor communal area was spacious and linked well with the small suntrap garden, which we also made good use of. Communication was good before and during our stay with small issue responded to and resolved quickly.

Renovated cottage in the heart of Herne Bay

JayRating, 5 stars7 months ago
Great stay this week! The flat was very easy to find & access, with plenty of parking nearby. There's lots to see and do in Herne Bay with restaurants, cafes, shops very close and of course the beach just a few minutes away. As a young family of four we used the apartment as a base and travelled along the coast most days to Whitstable, Ramsgate etc. The kids slept in one room with a single bed each, and we parents shared the other room. Setup was perfect for us to put the kids down and be able to go back downstairs and enjoy a glass of wine and relax. We bumped into neighbours both sides at times and found them very friendly (- sometimes Airbnb neighbours can be resentful, this was not the case at all, they were completely pleasant, indicating a healthy coexistence! We in turn asked the kids to not go too wild while nearby, I imagine noisier guests might find themselves upsetting neighbours as it's a close terrace. In all, a lovely week Hosts were super responsive and helpful too

Buckingham Mews_Pebble Cottage 3

SharonRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Accommodation was fabulous. Bedrooms really comfy with great quality bedding. Lovely hamper left with some real treats. Everything was spotless and nice touches with fresh juice and milk in fridge. Location was superb though literally a couple of minutes walk to most restaurants and bars and two minutes to the beach. My only comments for what could improve things in my opinion are the following two points. we loved the mews cottage and would not hesitate to recommend and also would book again. Charlie is always available and responds very quickly. Five star. Thank you.

The Old Coach House, Nonington. Pet friendly

PaulaRating, 5 stars3 days ago
We had a relaxing and comfortable stay at The Old Coach House. The house was very well equipped with everything we could possibly want. Finding the house was easy thanks to Jane's instructions and the basket of provisions on arrival was a really nice touch. The house is in a quiet, rural location facing fields at the back and we were able to walk our dogs to the pub at Chillenden which offers a great Sunday lunch. Jane is a friendly and welcoming host and we would definitely stay again.

16thC cottage next to two Major Golf Courses

PaolaRating, 5 stars8 months ago
Sue’s place is in a perfect location in sandwich, and we had a lovely time there. The location is perfect to restaurants and shops. A very cozy cottage with everything one might need. Sue was a great communicator and the place was super tidy and very clean. Sue’s great taste in decor has to be mentioned for sure and the very comfortable bed! It is a very old cottage and the beauty of the property is the fabulous wooden beams however if one is 6 foot high the beams could be a problem in a couple of places especially in the bathroom just above the sink. Beautiful charming cottage!

Cosy cottage in the centre of Broadstairs

AlisonRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Firstly Tracy was extremely accommodating and replied straight away. We loved the cottage. It was beautifully decorated and everything was as described. The beds were so comfortable and we loved the location . An easy walk into Broadstairs . We really liked the town and it has some nice places to get lunches and dinner. The beach is fantastic and we ventured on a walk to Ramsgate which was great ! Margate was further away so we went by car and worth a visit. The cottage is first class and we would definitely go back. Thank you Tracy !

Stylish & comfy - St Peter's village, Broadstairs

Jennifer KateRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Cute little house ideal for couples. We were visiting with our two children ages 16 months and 6. The kids room was fabulous and our 6 year old loved it. Possibly not great for toddlers as very steep stairs and lots of trip hazards! But we were warned about that in the description so no complaints really. Easy to park on nearby streets, well appointed with everything you need. We stayed in of an evening and cooked so was great to have everything in the well designed kitchen! Only slight shame is the sofa in the lounge is quite small and uncomfortable if you’re spending your evenings at the house and want to watch a movie etc. Great boot room extension to keep all your stuff in which we used a lot! We’ve been to Broadstairs 3 times and this was the best place we’ve stayed. Would definitely recommend.
