The place is perfect for students as you have your own room to study and the living room and kitchen are big enough. It was close to public transport and had all the things necessary to live perfectly. Aurelie is very kind and is always available for any issues that arise. I would really recommend this place!

This is a great place to stay. Emmanuel is one of the best hosts out there. During our long term stay he helped us with everything under the sun and made us feel at home. There were several instances where he went out of his way to be helpful. We loved our stay and couldn’t ask for more.

We had a great time at Sébastien's! The house was very clean and functional, with all the amenities needed. Its location a 5-minute walk to the tram and the beautiful Marcq racecourse was very much appreciated! We will undoubtedly come back during a future stay in the area!

Very pleasant stay, very clear instructions for self check-in, super responsive and proactive host. The accommodation is large, clear and clean, in a very quiet area but close to the tram. Great stay, thank you so much!
