All I can is wow. This was the most beautiful AirBNB I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. The scenery, the interior design, were all beyond expectation. Penha Longa will hold a special place in my heart. What a perfect way to end my honeymoon in Portugal. Obrigado!

Just WOW! Marta was a phenomenal host with helpful recommendations. She had fresh fruit from her trees in the kitchen for us when we arrived. The location is simple breathtaking with river views on two sides. There is a small church nearby that chimes every hour-which just adds to the ambience. So quiet with the pool right outside to enjoy. Views from the pool are equally as beautiful. We will be back! This place must be shared!

The place is lovely, with all the comforts of modern life, but with the moth of an old conserved farmhouse. The attention to detail is immense - the decoration, the comfort of the bed, the wonderful and complete breakfast. Although the dining and pool spaces are common I never felt it was a problem - there was always space and the spirit of the guests was to “not disturb and not be disturbed”. Hosts are extremely friendly, prompt, and kind. You couldn't have made a better choice, you just want to come back soon.

This home is a gem! We love it! It is so spacious with 4 bedrooms and a huge terrace the size of a one bedroom apartment. The view through the huge windows overlooking the neighbourhood and forest is so beautiful and relaxing. However, you must have a car to go about as not much is walking distance (also no side walks). The place is quiet but not too quiet. The road at the front gets quite busy sometimes but the noise is not disruptive at all. The huge table in the living room was perfect for working remotely. The white lighting in the house is great for working. There's also a lot of sunlight as there are sliding doors in every room. It can get cold sometimes but the house is not humid at all, and the AC heating heats up the house easily. Shower is great. Spacious bathrooms. The kitchen is huge with everything we need for cooking. We're also really grateful to have a dishwasher! Diana is very friendly and helpful when we have questions. We highly recommend this place and the host! :)

For us, luxury is to be sorrounded by nature and to be able to listen to the birds. Dulce's place is a little piece of paradise. The cottage has everything you need to prepare meals and sleep comfortably. The hosts brought us wood for the fireplace and little fruits from their garden - very lovely people! I would love to come back in summer to enjoy the pool and play more with their cute dogs.

We are very very thankful to Helena and Luis. They are very sweet, helpful and amazingly kind. We felt right at home in this absolute stunning place. It is a bit difficult to find, but Helena was a great help. We LOVED it and enjoyed it to the max! We will be back for sure!

A wonderful place to relax for a few days with beautiful views and in peace. Breakfast will be brought to the bungalow and worth it!

miguel's house was in a fantastic place, on the Douro, great view. The house is very comfortable, we felt right at home. Miguel was waiting for us in the evening and clearly explained everything about the house. The next day, he informed us via a message if everything was okay with us. Really a super host. This house and this host is really recommended!
