Monthly Rentals in Mansfield

It was a nice place and good value. I do want to add one caveat. I should have done a better job looking through the photos. What I didn't realize up front was that there weren't just steps to get down to the entrance, but also a large step to get into the bathroom. This was less than ideal for the elderly person we brought on the trip. I'm not subtracting a star as that was clearly labeled in one of the photos, but I do want to make note of it in case this could be an issue for another person that might stay and they don't notice the note on the photo. One positive semi-surprise I want to add, though, is that although the "Where you'll sleep" only shows 1 bedroom with a proper bed, there are in fact two bedrooms with beds, in addition to the sofa-bed option. I had thought this was probably the case based on looking through the photos, but since the "Where you'll sleep" section seemed to indicate otherwise, I had not been certain.

I LOVED stay at the Red House. It is quickly becoming my home away from home. It was the perfect place to unwind and rest after the holiday rush. Being a writer, I take this time to start on new book projects and Sunny's place couldn't be more peaceful an quiet. The neighborhood is very quiet and relaxing, the home has everything I need and I really feel like it is a little oasis. The Red House is a great deal and always clean, organized, comfortable and quiet. Sunny and Cathy are the perfect hosts and I can't wait to return!

Roger’s place is exactly what it says it is- a camper that is clean with comfortable beds and sits in his front yard. The town is quiet and very safe; we pulled in around dinner time, took an evening walk and left early the next day. Roger wanted to explain everything (if you’ve never stayed in a camper you have to know how to flush the toilet, etc) so he appreciated us being in touch about our arrival time. We are doing college tours and this was an easy, reasonably priced, comfortable place to stay.

Loved it. Wish I could've come by during the warmer season. The host Matthew was very helpful and even shoveled the snow for us! Inside was very cozy and well-heated. We got a lot of use out of the TV and kitchen. If you need somewhere to get away and relax I highly recommend this spot.
