Monthly Rentals in Manningham City

The place was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. It had a large living room with fully functioning kitchen. Jo and Michael were great hosts. They were quick to respond, friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here

Lovely place is really like home for the family to enjoy their space time , Yu always gives feedback promptly , and there has a shopping center just 5 minutes walk away can get everything you need easily, we really had a good time in this space, thanks for the host ! Sophie

Large space and very comfortable bed. Ly was excellent at communicating, making sure everything met my needs, without being too intrusive. My only minor issues were that there was no iron or ironing board (I am sure Ly would have helped if I hadnt found an alternative!) Also the bedroom window did not appear to close and lacked a fly screen, so I was a little worried about bugs getting in, especially with the rain. I was not bothered by noise from upstairs and would stay again! Just be aware, the surrounding area is not particularly walkable - not many footpaths and very narrow, winding roads - although there are several venues less than 1km away, I do not recommend walking, especially at night!
