Monthly Rentals in Manningham City

We were long-term guests and greatly enjoyed our stay which was overall very good. Others have mentioned a barking dog and we found that this was not much of a problem really - she's not the type who keeps on yapping - just a "woof" or two when someone comes up onto the veranda. We also noted for the hosts attention and to their surprise that the kitchen seemed to have been pilfered. Although we had been content to make do we are sure that the hosts will attend these deficiencies. This home is in a quiet neighbourhood within a 15 minute walk to a train station and good access to cycling and walking paths along the Lower Plenty and Yarra rivers as well as further afield towards Hurstbridge (which, by the way, is a wonderful ride once you get past the busy section towards Eltham).

Lovely place is really like home for the family to enjoy their space time , Yu always gives feedback promptly , and there has a shopping center just 5 minutes walk away can get everything you need easily, we really had a good time in this space, thanks for the host ! Sophie

Loved the massive smart TV, the little “extras”, the bird life, kangaroos, foxes and rabbits roaming freely. Very quiet location, very peaceful. Lovely host. We will be back!
