We stayed at Pear Tree on our journey from Ohio back to Florida after the funeral of my 22 year old nephew. The home was beautiful and full of charm. It's huge! The lodging accommodations far exceeded any hotel offering at double the price! Our Mini Sheepadoodle Muppet Max enjoyed the property immensely. My teen daughter didn't want to leave. We will be back on our next journey back to Ohio! Thank you for sharing your historic home!

It was a great place for our whole family. It checked all the boxes for everyone. Fishing was our #1 box, having the boat dock was wonderful. They didn't have to take the boat in and out of the water everytime they fished. The indoor swimming pool was great for the kids and adults because you didn't have to wait for warm weather. The pool table was fun for all and we could all hang together in the spacious area. The kitchen was large and clean with everything you would need. We all had a great relaxing vacation. Would highly recommend this place! Working with Ingrid was wonderful! She was extremely helpful and was available when we needed her. Would love to check out her other properties. This hidden gem in Hartsville is the place to stay if you are looking for something clean, private, and in a perfect location. The hosts were extremely accommodating and friendly. This will be my go to place next time I am in town!!

Loved the place. Initially booked for a little under two weeks but extended for another two. They responded Quickly, answered any questions and the extension was very easy. If I’m ever working in the area again, they will be the first place I check.

We stayed while visiting family in the area with our two boys. The space overall was perfect for our family of 4. It was close to all the places we were visiting and the hosts also provided great recommendations for restaurants. The neighborhood was very quiet as well! Only downside would be that the front room did not have black out curtains, otherwise a wonderful stay.

Loved staying here! Awesome place, with so much character. Stayed here with my wife and kids and we had a blast. Fire pit in the backyard with smores was a HIT! Hosts were so helpful and made it an awesome stay!

When we walked in after a long day, the house literally hugged us. The hosts and the accommodation was warm and welcoming. Clean and perfect to melt into to relax and get away. Visiting grands loved the yard and it was a knockout for our family. Excellent lived in space ripe for families. We loved our stay and the hosts’ communication!

Loved Stephen's place! The kitchen was so so well stocked! I love to cook and it had all kitchen essentials. TV was big! Linens were so thick and bathrooms were spotless. I highly recommend this Airbnb...i will be returning. The beautiful Camilla bushes in bloom were a pleasant surprise...I had flowers every day. Very comfortable for the week.
