Monthly Rentals in Manchester-by-the-Sea

We loved staying in this airbnb! It's perfect for a couples vacation. It is an old building so noise travels but this wasn't a deal breaker. The space was clean and the bed is sooo comfortable.

Paul’s place was beautiful and conveniently located. Plus it had beautiful views. We were there in March and still had beautiful weather.

Cozy place just as described. Wonderfully private location! Great amenities- complimentary coffee pods and sugar for morning joe! Lots of blankets (in case it gets cold) and lots of pillows! Even umbrellas! Trash bags, shampoo, toilet paper and towels were all stocked up in abundance! There was even a cute welcome binder that had some recommendations! Yes the toilet is very close to the tub, so it may be a bit odd but totally worth the privacy and price compared to hotels in Salem. It did get a tad hot one night out of our 7 night stay, so we turned on the bedroom fan and opened the window a bit to let a cold breeze in. One insanely windy night, the motion sensor outdoor light kept going off outside the bedroom windows so if you’re the type that needs it to be pitch dark, being a sleep eye mask! But of course that was only 1 out of our 7 night stay. Recommend walking to Fresca Pizza and Pasta and try the Fonduta Pizza! Truffle fries are great too! You can walk to CVS too!

Dave’s place is a an absolute gem. Its location made it east to walk anywhere in this cute little town. We appreciated Dave’s communication and helpful suggestions around the area. Walking the 2 minutes to the train station to visit Salem and Boston was a huge plus. The space was cozy, quiet, clean and felt like home away from home. We will definitely be back!
