Better than the photos! (Much lighter and brighter) Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed. Nice and warm with option of wood burning stove. Quiet location, convenient for local Four Square.

Manuel’s place was amazing for our trip! Everything was sparkly clean and new. Manuel communicated very clearly and was a great host. The house was very spacious and would be perfect for families.

Great place for our family of 6. Close to the river and not far from centre of town. Lovely linens and comfortable lounge area. Great backyard for the kids to enjoy. Amanda was very proactive in sending the required information ie check in and check out instructions at just the right time. Would come back next time we’re in the city. Thanks for a great stay 😊

Amazing stay in a great location. Felt private and peaceful, and was only a walk away from the town and lake. Great fenced property allowing us to bring our doggo who loved the stay as much as we did. We would highly recommend and would love to stay again!

Stayed for a couple of days with 3 generations of family. Really good bedrooms to enable everyone to be separate and comfortable. Spacious living areas indoor and out Highly recommend this - and so close to lovely walks along the lake

This was a fabulous place in a great location with very comfy beds and spotlessly clean. Great coffee maker. Very relaxing space. Jo was particularly helpful in the recovery of an item left behind for which I am very grateful. I would highly recommend this property during a stay in the area.

Great little spot, easy 5min walk over the bridge into The Main Street. No issues with noise from the road at all. I’ll be looking out for this place again next year

This place is a gem with stylish and very comfy decor, extra amenities for kitchen and a super nice bath. It’s got a beautiful deck and garden. Easy to find, get in via door code, WiFi works great, near everything in Taupovia short car drive, but private, quiet and secluded except for the lovely birds singing.

It was the perfect place for 6 adults to stay for a long weekend. Living, dining and kitchen area are really spacious and it's easy to relax. The bedrooms are a good size and bathrooms are modern and pristinely kept. There was a little noise from the street on Friday and Saturday night, but nothing too intrusive. The entrance leaves you wondering what is to come....... but the apartment does not disappoint.

We can't imagine that there is a comparable place to stay in Taupo. We stayed here for three nights and didn't miss anything. We particularly liked the view and the great terrace. Marie has already shared a lot of information in advance, which made it easier to arrive. We were also able to try the hot tub and would recommend this to anyone! We will be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful time there. Love the location. The unit had everything you could possibly need. Cant think of anything that wasn't provided. Very clean and tastefully done. Would definately recommend and also come back there next time we are in Taupo.

Peter and Mel were great hosts, friendly and helpful. Flat got everything I needed for a short stay including enough floor space for my multi sport gear! Location was peaceful and just far enough from party noises. I'm a light sleeper and slept soundly for the length of my stay. Would happily recommend.

Lovely location overlooking Lake Taupo and into the sunset. Spacious deck to relax, eat and enjoy the view. Helpful responsive host. Very clean and well equipped living areas. Lovely Millennium Hotel restaurant right across the street. Great location for a relaxing break.

Great sized space. Had all the amenities we needed. Quiet neighbourhood. Playground 2 minute walk away. Great space for children. Felt safe and had fun. Thanks Emma!

What can I say in so few words. Absolutely fabulous. If you are looking for something with a bit of class and luxury this is it. It is in a rural location but on the edge of town and so handy to everything. It is peaceful and quiet, just what we were looking for. We were able to take walks around their park like grounds and even made use of the pool. Everything was exceptional from the facilities and extras, to the cleanliness and to the great hosts and of course to the entire package. We could easily and happily live there it was that good. Would have no hesitation in recommending Carol and John's place. Nice job Carol and John, we would be happy to stay again. 10/10. Ian and Jo.

Wow what an amazing location with gorgeous views overlooking the Waikato River!! Super close, walking distance to town. Property was very clean, tidy & modern. Enjoyed our stay & hope to be back again in near future. Thanks!!

Katharine's place is lovely - comfortable, nicely furnished, well equipped and set in beautiful gardens. It was one of the accommodation highlights of our trip to the North Island of New Zealand. The house was very conveniently located in a charming semi-rural area within easy striking distance of Havelock North, Hastings and Napier. Katharine was a helpful and generous host, providing breakfast foods including croissants and cereals. We experienced some very hot days so the a/c was welcome in the late afternoon. Good wifi, lots of hot water. Check in was easy; clear instructions as well as some photos. The noise from the sometimes busy road that runs in front of the property died down at night so didn't disturb our sleep. Unfortunately, time spent in the otherwise peaceful garden was impacted from time to time by the barking of neighbours’ dogs. Highly recommended. We would happily stay again.
