Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Manawatū-Whanganui

What a great base to explore National Park. This is not a “professional” Airbnb but their vocational home and it feels Ike one. This is a very nice surprise vs 100s of faceless Airbnb locations which. Everything was clean, kitchen was stacked. We can confirm that outdoor hot tub is there and operational. We did not use it but the water was hot and views were nice. The only small issue: no shampoo, only body soap ( or we did not find it). Not a big deal as we had some but was surprising given how stocked the house is. Thank you Debbie for letting us stay.

A great place to stay with your furry friends! Small, but perfectly formed, this place was ideal for us 2 and our doggo - like us, she made herself right at home! In peak summer (we had a high of 27-degrees C every day), it was quite hot at night with no AC, but we knew this going into it, based on the listing & reviews, so we were prepared to have the windows and doors open a lot. The area feels really safe & pretty private so that worked for us. Great facilities, we didn't need to go out for meals much (that was our plan). It was a nice home away from home for a few days. Thank you for the lovely accommodation with everything we needed 🙌

Juan’s place was great! The sunsets were incredible with the large windows in the tv room and bedroom.

The house was very well equipped with all the basics and more. The hosts set up a cot and high chair for us. A cute shack, centrally located between Hastings and Havelock North on a very quiet street. Would highly recommend.

My family had a wonderful stay at John’s place. The home was beautiful, spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything you could need to feel right at home. Would highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay though the downstairs amenities were a challenge as poor water pressure and dim lighting in shower were a problem .

our stay at Mountain Glass was nothing short of amazing. It was everything and more! A clean space, big & easy straight forward kitchen and living area made us feel right at home and the surrounding outside environment was truly magical with views we will never forget. Jo also made time to arrange the master room beforehand in to a romantic vibe/theme as the trip was a surprise early birthday/Valentine's for my beloved. I highly recommend and I look forward to our return stay in the future.

Beautiful old art deco style home with wonderful views

Love the the look and feel of the place, they have kept the heritage and this is delightful. The view over the river at night is also lovely.

This is the second time we have stayed here, and hopefully not the last. Wonderful location. Apartment is spacious and has all the amenities for easy living (note, no laundry).

Absolutely loved this place! Wished we stayed longer. Beautiful place with an outstanding view. The place is spotless and you will find everything you need. The bed and linen is very comfortable. If you have mobility restrictions this place might not be for you as you need to walk down a few steps with your luggage. Otherwise this is a dream!

Fiona and Gray were wonderfully welcoming hosts, their studio was way better than the pics, absolutely exceptional value for money, it had everything we needed, including its own private beach access, mountain bikes and boogie boards, we can’t wait to get back there ! Thanks for hosting us !

A wonderful space, very quiet and had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. comfortable lounge and nice kitchenette. Lovely sunny patio area. Private and easy to stay in.

Can’t recommend this accommodation more as Marki, Chris and their sweet dog Beau are the perfect hosts! Their place was beautiful with Marki even supplying the most delicious breakfast. There was nothing we could fault and would return in a heartbeat 💓

Outstanding stay at this cute air bnb. Very modern, tidy and cozy. Had everything we needed for a young family of four. Hosts were lovely and great communication. Delicious shortbread on arrival didn't last long! 😋

Rick and Louisa were absolutely incredible hosts. The apartment has been absolutely spectacular for hosting our ladies weekend with plentiful suggestions shared to make our trip even more enjoyable! The apartment has everything we needed with beautiful amenities. The kitchen was a masterpiece with ample bench top space, lovely big cabinets and great cooking facilities! It’s very obvious Rick and Louisa hold a very high standard of care and attention to detail to ensure the apartment is exceptional! If you’re looking for a place to stay in Taupo that’s private, modern, spacious, very comfortable with beautiful touches throughout then I cannot recommend this place and Rick and Louisa as hosts enough! One of my best experiences to date using air bnb!

What a fabulous place! Carol met us and gave us a detailed show around the apartment. It is comfortable in every way. Quiet and out of town but still moments away. Pretty estate home property surrounded by fields and orchards. Well appointed and Carol filled the fridge with breakfast goodies plus naughty sweet treats! We stayed for 5 nights and felt truly at home from home. We can’t recommend Longworrh highly enough. Thank you Carol and John

We loved our stay at karina's place. Everything exceeded expectations-the place was spotless, lots of thoughtful touches, and the house was extremely spacious with lovely garden views. Karina and Nino were so friendly and responsive. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area!

Katharine's place is lovely - comfortable, nicely furnished, well equipped and set in beautiful gardens. It was one of the accommodation highlights of our trip to the North Island of New Zealand. The house was very conveniently located in a charming semi-rural area within easy striking distance of Havelock North, Hastings and Napier. Katharine was a helpful and generous host, providing breakfast foods including croissants and cereals. We experienced some very hot days so the a/c was welcome in the late afternoon. Good wifi, lots of hot water. Check in was easy; clear instructions as well as some photos. The noise from the sometimes busy road that runs in front of the property died down at night so didn't disturb our sleep. Unfortunately, time spent in the otherwise peaceful garden was impacted from time to time by the barking of neighbours’ dogs. Highly recommended. We would happily stay again.

A really lovely roomy apartment and great for a family. Nice and modern and tastefully decorated.

Walking distance to restaurants, and they will be building a Woolworths nearby soon. Was so peaceful watching the river flow by from the balcony.
