Condo vacation rentals in Manatee River

This condo was the perfect beach getaway spot. Being a block from the beach, it was a very quick and easy walk and the beach was quite and peaceful! The condo was also incredible comfortable. John and Dottie provided a list of wonderful restaurant suggestions and I have to agree with them that the spearfish grill was the best fish!

Brian and Odette felt like a couple of angels for us. We stayed there between 2 hurricanes while in the midst of a horrendous cleanup from the first one. They were helpful and flexible and did everything they could so that our stay was easy and comfortable and we could focus on the task at hand.

Monica is an excellent host who's condo felt like Home the moment I stepped inside. It has a very warm and welcoming energy, and the vaulted ceilings give the space an airy and open feel. This is the second time I've stayed at Monica's and her attention to detail makes the place cozy and comfortable. Shorewalk is in a great location - the complex is quiet, safe and convenient with natural views of trees, wildlife, and water, and the view from Monica's lanai is the best in the complex. It's a quick drive (minutes) to Sarasota Bradenton airport, IMG Academy, the beach, and downtown Bradenton. I've thoroughly enjoyed both times I've stayed, and I'm looking forward to staying there the next time I'm in the neighborhood. Monica is an amazing person and an excellent communicator, and I highly recommend her home away from home for your next getaway; for a few days, weeks or months. It is my first choice when I'm working in the Bradenton area, and I'm already looking forward to my next stay.

A very nice apartment in a perfect beach location

John’s place was awesome! Space was clean and close to everything. We would stay again! John was also very communicative and even let us check in early.

We are from Citrus county and needed a fast booking for a quick get away. This was perfect for our family. Cute space, nice pool, not overcrowded, and co-host was responsive when we had questions.

The owners are very helpful when we tried to extend our stay in the place. Very responsive and Good communication!

What a great place to stay! Everything was clean and cozy. Loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the marina! Very convenient to shops, beach and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Would absolutely stay here again! The views were beautiful and gorgeous from the condo, even the view from the parking garage was amazing. Right in the center of a lot of things to do, peaceful and super clean. The host was amazing at communication and was super helpful throughout the stay, really went above and beyond!!

I rented this for my family to celebrate some birthdays with some peace and the beach, the area was perfect across from the beach, Publix within walking distance, close to some really good restaurants. The apartment was very comfortable for our family of 4 and dog friendly. We loved that the building only has about 10-12 units and made our pool visits feel more private. When we checked in the front desk was very nice and they recommended some spots nearby. Our kids really liked the inflatable park nearby as well. We are already planning our next stay. Fantastic place. We have stayed at a ton of places, this was the best, most intuitive and well appointed pad. Great kitchen with all the basics and more. Great views and super quiet. My only reservation is providing such a stellar review will mean this place is unavailable when I need to next visit Sarasota. Mean it!

David, was a great host. Everything was perfect until hurricane.We were in a very challenging situation the storm surge was much worse than anticipated. I had no place to go. Communication was brief bc my cell phone battery was low. Somehow we managed & he kept me calm & helped advise me in situations not related to the rental unit. ( my rental car was damaged by the water) He was great in what turned out to be an impossible situation. Sad to see this beautiful area destroyed. Left on foot, it was my only option. David was great Helene was not.

My family and I were very comfortable in the condo during our week. It was roomy enough for the five of us and everything we needed was there. We loved the condo’s beachy decor and having two screened in porches. The short walk to the beach was not bad. It only took us a few minutes to get there. The host was very friendly and responsive, plus gave suggestions of restaurants, etc. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Excellent place to stay if you want to be near John’s Pass. Host was extremely accommodating with great communication. Would love to stay here again soon.

The host was not responsive during our stay but overall the condo and outside amenities ie pool and yard were well taken care of and had all the extras that were needed to make the stay very enjoyable. The streets were still being cleaned up from the hurricanes but this property has been cleaned inside and out and is very relaxing oasis

Franco’s place exceeded our expectations. Not only was everything clean and welcoming, but Franco was very prompt and accessible before and during our trip. The location was perfect! Only a few minutes from the beach and the pool was in walking distance. We would definitely recommend staying at Franco’s beach condo!

Wonderful unit. Very beachy and cozy. Excellent amenities available, access to the beach was super convenient. Great location, host was very communicative and friendly. Kitchen well stocked with anything you might need to cook. Unit was exceptionally clean! Would definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay, very comfortable, clean, and relaxing.

The number one thing is that this has a beautiful view of the water out of the living room sliding glass door/window. The living room is large and comfortable. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is functional to take care of yourself. The washer/dryer work well and have good capacity. Probably the only complaints are the parking is somewhat limited especially for a large SUV. The TV is not a "Smart" TV so I had to go out and buy a Roku to be able to watch shows. I never figured out how the cable worked. One can hear the road noise from the causeway, but surprisingly, it didn't keep anyone awake. Richard is easy to work with and responded fast to our numerous questions. I look forward to staying there again.

We have stayed here before and highly recommend

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the stay very much. I would say be mindful; though it does say "condo" this has much more of a hotel vibe. However the place was clean and neat with a modern kitchen and large balcony. There are many close by shops restaurants and bars and certainly can't forget the beautiful beach just a short six or seven minute walk away!

This was my wife & I’s 2nd time staying with Heidi, but our 3rd visit to Silver Sands! *Heidi was booked the other time* We spoke to her months before our visit and told her we were coming back to the BEST AIR BNB with the BEST Host! She was just excited as we were. Throughout our visit she stayed in contact with us to make sure all was well and we were having a blast! The weather was fantastic and we couldn’t have had a better time. Luckily we dodged Hurricane Helene by just a couple of days, but there is no doubt we’ll be back.
