Julio’s place is as pictured. Relaxing lakefront property where you can hear and see nature at it best, sounds and sights of howler monkey and myriad of local birds. Luis and his family , on siteanager, did oustanding job of making sure our stay was perfect.

We had an incredible experience staying at Karen’s place! The home was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The highlight was definitely the beautiful pool—clean, well-maintained, and perfect for lounging during the day. Plus, having easy access to the beach made the stay even more special. The caretakers, Erick & Jessica were phenomenal…very attentive, polite, and helpful. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in seamless. We were pleasantly surprised and entertained by her the three macaws that live on property. Whether you’re looking to unwind by the pool or enjoy the sand and waves, this place is perfect. I highly recommend it and would love to return!

If you're looking for a place to relax and have fun with your family, Quinta Estelita would be ideal. It's a very nice place, exactly as shown in the photos. I went with my family to spend a weekend and it was amazing. Lesbia is extremely friendly and helpful. My family and I were delighted and would definitely come back.

The place is amazing, however it gets a little bumpy one mile before you get to the house, a small car won’t ever make it, if you thinking to get there at night I would recommend that you don’t because the last mile it’s very narrow and very dark. Other than that the place it’s amazing and the care takers are amazing people. Pablo is very responsive and was always available.

The accommodations at Casa Tortuga are charming and thoughtfully designed, with a rustic elegance that perfectly complements the beachfront setting. Falling asleep to the sound of waves and waking up to a breathtaking sunrise was magical. The surf here is world-class, with uncrowded waves suitable for all skill levels. It was definitely a hidden gem. Great place to be with friends and family. My daughters love the mini golf course that had over 7 different ones. The staff welcomed us great, very kind and helpful. This is the second time that we have visited this apartment, we like it very much, it is super close to Managua, the pool is steps away from the house as well as the sea! It's perfect for families and small children! We would definitely come back 🤗

Our stay was beautiful! Most beautiful accommodation of central America where we have been to so far. You're in paradise. Beautiful garden, comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, beautiful views, spacious, lots of seating in the house and in the garden. You dive into the lake from the garden. Wilmer and his family are very kind and caring. We definitely recommend this place!

I highly recommend this place, the house is very close from the entrance gate. hotel and beach is no more than 5 minutes in car and of course Lindsay and her husband were very kind and supportive with us. The house was very clean, AC just right in both rooms and had its own parking spot. Thank you Lindsay and Dereck!

Gabriela is very responsible, she always responds to messages immediately. The house is very nice and cozy. The only thing I would change is the consumption of light, I think that should be included in the price! Turtles are certainly a too special touch.

You are paying for the location. The location and the size of the property cannot be beat. There’s plenty of room for kids to run around. It is clean and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen had a new sponge which hasn’t been the case at other Airbnbs. And the pool is quite nice! It would be nice if there were a few more kitchen amenities like lids for the pots and seasonings. It would also be nice if the trash in the yard was picked up in case there are children running around barefoot. There were some pop tops/bottle tops. But you cannot beat how close it is to the water. It felt like a private resort.

We got in late with two small kids. Todd had the place stocked with groceries for us and arranged for our transportation from the airport. The place is beautiful. We swam in the lake a ton and were treated to close encounters with Howler monkeys 2 of our 3 mornings there. We cannot wait to return. Todd and the staff were so helpful and responsive. Don’t hesitate!

Very good stay, the service from Maynor and Jeremy was excellent, always available for any questions. The place is just as described. The only thing is that I think the mattress on the sofa bed needs to be changed, it's quite uncomfortable to sleep on. thank you so much for everything.
