A nice place to stay, very clean and quiet, I recommend it.

The apartment is a true gem located in a safe, secure, and ideal area. It looks exactly as shown in the pictures. I did experience an issue with the hot water due to a thunderstorm that damaged the system, but it was eventually fixed. The other residents are very quiet and keep to themselves, which is perfect if you're traveling with little ones and need an early bedtime routine. Additionally, there is a visible security guard on duty at the gate 24/7. The apartment is conveniently located just 5-10 minutes from Carretera Masaya and a high-end mall called Galerías Santo Domingo. There is an abundance of food options nearby, ranging from delicious street food to upscale restaurants, all within a short drive. Finding the apartment was effortless, and the check-in process was smooth, handled directly with the security guard. Overall, I have no regrets about staying at Grethell's place. Nicaragua is a beautiful country filled with warm and loving people.

What an extraordinary stay in Granada at Beth's apartment/house. It was way beyond our expectations in many ways. First of all to learn that we are fellow Iowans was amazing! The tiny considerations and details in leaving us a special gift for our anniversary was so thoughtful. A beautiful spacious colonial home in the center of Guanajuato with eloquent niches and beautiful art. The pool was so convenient, refreshing and relaxing after a day or morning out to explore. Beth was kind, flexible and had great practical suggestions for us during our stay. Hopefully, one day we will return and have the opportunity to stay again.

It was a great stay. Place is as on the photos and very central in Granada. It is spacious and comfortable. The bed is big and comfy. Everything is walkable and grocery store is right on the other side of the street. The place does get hot due to the warm weather of Granada but a fan is provided. Uriel himself was very attentive and quick to respond. He also provided local recommendations and provided pick-up service for extra fee from airport which made arrival a lot easier.

This is a charming and cozy apartment, offering a high level of privacy. The host was highly responsive, and Marvin, who handled the check-in and check-out process, was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The space felt very private, the air conditioning functioned perfectly, and both the bed and sofa were incredibly comfortable. Overall, a wonderful stay!.

For me alone, this apartment was sufficient for 3 nights. I was able to prepare something to eat and the bed was also comfortable with good bedding. There were some toiletries in the bathroom. In the morning and evening I sat on the beautiful terrace.

I was staying in Adriana's apartment and I must say that the place is extremely comfortable, and the air conditioning works wonder in a matter of a few minutes refreshed the room. In my stay I was cooking quite a bit and the kitchen was very comfortable for me, a single detail is that some ollite is missing. Also, despite being on the main road the place is quiet and quiet Pue which sleeps very quietly. In a few words a very comfortable place to stay in which I will be staying again

Our stay was excellent. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. When you travel it's hard to rest because you're not at home, but here we felt quite comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay with Charles & Rosy. The cottage is cute and perfect for a couple. The kitchen is equipped with what you need (microwave, 2 burner hot plate, blender, pots, pans, wine glasses, cups, plates, mini fridge, dining table.) and the AC was a welcomed addition especially after a hot day in the city. The bed was comfy and the fan above us kept us nice and cool at night. Lots of storage for your clothes, and the hot water shower was lovely. Rosy was very helpful and considerate, and Charles was extremely kind and responsive. We went for a walk around the grounds and were delighted to see fresh fruits, though not quite ripe for us to pick, but that’s okay. The gate at entry also gave us peace of mind and was very welcomed. Only note: if you’re taking a taxi, drivers have a hard time finding the place but if you wait for them outside of the compound it’s fine. 20/10. Highly recommend their place. Thank you for having us!
