Stunning home in such a prime location! Right across from the beach with two patios for people watching or watching the sunset. Easy to walk to any and everything from free aquariums to local restaurants. The space itself was exactly as pictured if not larger and from beginning to end the host was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend booking if you see this spot available!

We had a great stay! The place was very clean, check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was excellent. The location is perfect—just steps from the beach and near public parking, which made everything super convenient. We also really appreciated the thoughtful welcome treats. Great stay!!!! This apartment is perfect location, easy access and the view from the room is magical The studio was very clean, and having the window open with fresh ocean air was great! The kitchen was well stocked with the basic necessities, and a 5 min walk to Trader Joe’s was helpful to stock up on some great snacks and meals Chris was a great host, very responsive and helpful I will be sure to check if this place is available for our next trip to Santa Monica

I had an amazing stay at this property! The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk to the beach, shops, and a great selection of restaurants. The space itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. Everything felt fresh and inviting from the moment I arrived. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which made it so easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep after a day of exploring. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway!

What a wonderful stay with a beautiful beach front! Parking wasn’t too bad although we had to walk a bit each night which is due to our fault leaving early morning and coming back at 11-12 at night so of course closer parking is not expected but there is a nice area to ensure we can park temporarily for luggage unloading etc. The shower was absolutely amazing and I always looked forward to taking one! Kim was an amazing host and very responsive! I def recommend and would 100% go back!

We had an incredible stay at Bradley's Airbnb in Manhattan Beach! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, as well as multiple restaurants and shops, making it so easy to explore the area. The apartment itself was fantastic: well-stocked, clean, and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our family of five, including three teenagers. Bradley's father, Robert, was the main contact and is an excellent host. He was always available for recommendations and went above and beyond by giving us a personal walking tour of the area when we arrived. His knowledge of the local spots made our trip even more enjoyable. Overall, our experience was amazing, and we highly recommend staying here! It was the perfect place for our family vacation. We can not wait to return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful home. We loved getting to sip our morning coffee on the patio, watching the paddle boarders and birds go by. Soaking in the hot tub was also a highlight. We loved that it was a short walk to the beach, too. A great place for a group.

My daughters and I stayed at Darren's over the holiday and could not have picked a better home. The location was perfect. From the ocean being steps away to fabulous restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance. The house confused me a bit at first as I thought the listing said "entire house" so just know it's the downstairs unit. But it's exactly as the pictures show. It has a perfect beach bungalow feel and is very cozy. Everything we needed was already there from kitchenware to shower products and even a hair dryer but most importantly for that area- a parking spot! it's a tight fit but it's a lifesaver. AND- Darren was a great host. He was so communicative. We never had an emergency but I have zero doubt that if we did he would have been available to take care of it. we will definitely be back!

It was an amazing place to stay with beautiful rooftop views. Clifton was very helpful with checking and with any questions I had. Although beware. Like other reviews the only thing is there is at of stairs as every rooms and living room are on separate floors. It’s definitely not a complaint for me but you can find it tiring after a long day out. There was clean linens, towels, and toiletries available. Has a gas stove that worked great with some pans included that we made French toast with. The area also great and felt safe 24/7. It had garage parking which is great as the area can fill up during the day time with people going to the beach. I’d highly recommend the place, especially if staying for multiple days or with other people. It’s a great roomy location that I hope to be able to return to sometime.

We have stayed at several Air BnB's but have never had the support and responsiveness that our host provided. We had a water line break forcing us to move out for nearly two weeks. Souroosh was flexible in arranging our arrival and responded in minutes to any request or question we had. He could not have been more accommodating.

We are a construction company. We are doing an emergency work in the area. It was nice to come to a place. It was comfortable and pleasant. Hopefully to book it soon again we’re gonna be there for a while in the area.

I needed a place near the convention center and Nico‘s location was excellent! A very short walk to the convention center. Coffee shops, restaurants, and bars easily within walking distance. Highly recommend!

What an amazing location! The water literally comes up to the house. Watched dolphins each morning and loved the recreation area. House was clean and eye masks were even provided for the bright loft. Thoughtful snacks and water upon check-in. Would stay time and time again!

absolutely STUNNING!!!! pictures do not do this place justice and the waves that crash up makes the world's most peaceful sleep!!! My husband LOVED the shower the water pressure was the best and the water got super hot! beds were comfy, everything was clean and neat, parking was private and everything was exceptional!! thank you so much

Maya’s place was awesome! It was walkable to great restaurants and the beach, and Maya was helpful and responsive to all of our needs.

The location is a dream, but what made this space really stand out were the charming Christmas decorations both inside and out, Susan’s quick responses when we had questions, willingness to help us with parking, and literally ANYTHING we needed. Also I just have to comment on how wonderfully comfortable the bed was in the master bedroom. A truly special place on Balboa island in a prime location - for a spectacular stay! Highly recommend!
