The backyard with the tennis/ basketball court was perfect. The kids had plenty of space to play. We really enjoyed the 4 different living spaces, provided ample amount of room and space for everyone. The smart televisions in the rooms were an added bonus! We would definitely stay here again! The nearby shopping plazas put everything at our fingertips.

The Property is a bit up in the mountainous terrain of Malibu, but it's well worth the drive. There are so many acres to e4xplore and the views are breathtaking. The architecture is simplistic/organic, as if to fit in with the serene nature it resides. The landscaping is impeccable, so much that you'll want to spend most of your time outside. Mani was great to work with, but we didn't really have much of a need to contact him, other thaqn forgetting some medication at the prop0erty, which he kindly returned., Great stay, will go back.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this property for a multi-family visit, and it exceeded all expectations. The children thoroughly enjoyed the various entertainment options, including the pool table, foosball and outdoor mini golf. The spacious room that accommodated the kids for a memorable sleepover was a standout feature. Overall, the stay was exceptional, with fantastic hosts who made the experience even more enjoyable. The location was great, was very easy to get everywhere within a short amount of time. Highly recommended for families seeking a fun and comfortable getaway. We’ll definitely book again and this is our new favorite spot in Orange County.

The location is convenient to the beach and all the shops and restaurants on 2nd Street. The house is beautiful and well supplied. We were an intergenerational party of seven (one kid, two parents, four grandparents) and we didn't need to restock on coffee pods, detergent, or toilet paper at all during our stay. My seven-year-old daughter loved the game room, the sitting area on the roof, and the beach toys. My husband loved using one of the bikes and a helmet to ride along the beach in the morning. Furniture was sturdy and rooms were clean. The owner left instructions on sticker labels around the house and was quickly responsive to texts. The checkout instructions were reasonable (there was not a long list of things that make departure more stressful).
