Super clean and sanitized! Disney vacation house, close to Disneyland, Downtown Disney, convention center. very spacious. features 4 beds ( 2 king and 2 bunk beds and an extra floor matress). cable tv, Netflix, amazon prime, Disney+ and a DVD player. Had a great stay at this property with my family (4 Adults 2 Teenagers). All the rooms were very spacious and made us feel very relaxed we all had plenty of room to spread out. Parking in the underground car park was fairly easy we had a chevy suburban (which for non U.S. people is enormous) normal sized vehicles would be even easier. Views from the property were great. Henry was very quick to respond to questions we had before travelling and instructions were very clear so we didn't need to query anything afterwards. The property was easy to find and was within walking distance to glendale galleria shopping area. It's location meant getting to the various studio tours such as Universal and Warner bros were only a 20-30 mins drive away. Would happily stay here again if I come back to L.A. Our only regret was not being at this property longer as we needed to move on to next part of our tour of california. Thank you Henry!

The guesthouse was perfect for a quick little getaway for me and my family. It was me, my husband and our 3 boys (ranging from 2-9) and we didnt feel like we were in eachothers space. The area is nice and private and the "front yard" is super cute and a decent size that my kids were able to play catch out there. I definitely recommend staying at Maximiliano's guesthouse. He and his wife were so responsive and checked on us throughout our stay to ensure we were well taken care of!

One of the few Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in where the home actually surpassed the pictures and description. Extremely comfortable, well stocked and centrally located. The kitchen had enough spices, condiments, and equipment to fix basic meals. Lovely outdoor space and barbecue. Really enjoyed ourselves. We rented the house for a week so that we could attend our daughter’s wedding. Very comfortable accommodations for the five of us. Would highly recommend.

We had a very nice family stay at Amie's house for a few days while visiting friends and doing a bit of sightseeing on our way through LA. The house is very pretty and laid out well. It had everything we needed and was nicely decorated. Our daughter especially enjoyed the step-down kids' room and the oversized couch. And while it doesn't take too far to get into some lesser areas, the street and neighborhood felt safe. It's a convenient location for seeing different parts of the city.

I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. From the moment I walked in, everything felt just right—the place was spotless, beautifully designed, and exactly like the photos! It was super convenient—just a 15-minute drive to the beach, which made it easy to pop over for a morning walk or catch the sunset. Had a wonderful stay. It was in walkable distance to disney (15-30 minutes) and was close to other events than just Disneyland. Only about a 30 minute drive to Newport beach, and a 5 mintue walk to a local park. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful all day. The house is close to a mall (Anaheim Gardenwalk) and close to many restaurants fast food or family owned. If me and my friends or family eventually come back to Cali for Disneyland, I am going to recommend and try to stay at Christine's house again. The house looks exactly like the photos, is clean and in pristine condition. It also has an amazing backyard (bigger than i thought it would be) and the driveway is spacious enough to fit 2-3 vehicles. The garage was transformed into a game room which me and my friends enjoyed playing Foosball and ping pong. I would recommend this house to any coworkers, friends, or family who are planning on going to disney in the future.

Worth every penny. This Airbnb was super comfortable and I loved staying here for my visit. The couch and blankets were so good I’m gonna search for the same blanket for myself! It was the perfect spot for my friends to hangout at and there was plenty of room. I loved the activities that were provided during our stay, such as the garage that had the pool table and TV for us to hangout in. The backyard was so amazing and it was the perfect spot to have our meals at! The bathrooms were splendid and clean. If you are on the fence about staying here, I would say that this was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed at and would highly recommended it! Five out of five stars across the board!
