Vasilis' house is convenient, comfortable, and well-organized, in a quiet residential area. It has all the necessary things for a short or long stay. The garden is beautiful and it is enjoyable to have meals on the terrace. The nearest beach can be reached by foot. And there are several beaches within driving distance. Also, in Eretria village (about 10 minutes by car), there are shops, restaurants, cafes, a ferry stop, and even a local market on Saturday. Vasilis was very responsive, helpful, and polite. He gave us information about the region. Thank you for everything, Vasilis!

We had a great stay in Evoia. The house is nicely located and very close to the beach which we enjoyed very much. The house is pet friendly and we took our dog with us. Unfortunately, we had the feeling that we were watched all the time.when we came back from the beach the Host was on her balcony. Then she was watching us from the window. She even came to my friend after midnight because 2 of us left the house to go buy something. It was mentionned in the listing that we had access to the backyard, yet the Host kept asking questions about the dog and to keep him inside and not in the garden, not even for few minutes. On the day of the check out she was was pressuring us to leave at 11:45 and she was waiting with the detergeants in the basket. Not to mention that the checkout was at 12 and we were getting ready to leave on time. We felt kicked out of the listing

The house and the garden are so elegant and carefully maintained and every single detail is on its place. The stidio inside is also very elegant and warm and comfortable. You feel like home. It was supplied with every necessary detail one may need. Everywhere - in all the premises - bathroom, kitchen, bedroom. You could practically go and stay there with no luggage at all. As if one of your best friends welcomes you and accomodates you. Thank you very much, Ioannis!

Mr. Vassilis and Mrs. Mary were just wonderful hosts! From the very first moment they made us feel at home, with their warmth, communication, and care. The property exceeded our expectations! It was spotless, beautifully designed, and designed to offer absolute tranquility, privacy, and incredible comfort. It was perfect for both a short getaway and a multi-day vacation. We were impressed by the attention to detail: the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom were fully equipped with everything one could need. Practically, all you need is your clothes!
