The location of Sea Winds is fabulous - walkable to the Main Street with great restaurants and shops. Sea Winds is so well set up with great cooking equipment, soft beds and great bathrooms. The view over Bains Beach is lovely too. Ruth is a very responsive and helpful host. I don’t think there’s a better place to stay for a visit to Lerwick and the Shetland Islands!

Would one-hundred percent recommend a stay in Laureen and Tony’s lovely flat. Every element of the stay exceeded out expectations, and the flat was clean, well-stocked, comfortable and cosy: the perfect wee base for exploring the Shetland’s. Thank you both for a wonderful and easy experience!

Loved The Waddle from the moment we stepped through the door. Lovely Kitchen with pulley and everything you could ever need from plates, cups, pans, glasses etc etc. The dining room with table, radio and lovely reading nook. Then into the Sitting Room which was lovely and cosy with comfy couch and plenty of cushions loved the lighting too. Super bathroom with a bath and a shower (used both). Upstairs to a double bedroom and another bedroom with two single beds. The decoration throughout the whole house was so homely and loved all the pictures. The house was spotless and really cosy. We had a three night stay but I could have easily stayed for 3 weeks. We have stayed in a few air b & b's and this one is top of the list. Hopefully make a return visit in the near future. I will be recommending to friends and family too.

Our stay was blissful. Beautiful surroundings and views and we were only a 5 min walk from the main street. We loved the conservatory we spent lots of time chilling here. Cooking facilities great and shower room more than adequate. Beds were comfy. It was great to get the fire / log burner on in the evening so we could settle in-front of the TV. Overall a 10:10. Please note clearer instructions needed on how to find the accommodation we were up and down the lane for 15mins in rain trying to locate it as there was no name on it and it was not visible from the main road.
