We immediately felt comfortable in Ruth's great house and garden. Everything was right, spacious and the amenities are perfect. Ruth was very friendly, extremely generous and responded quickly to questions A successful stay.

Beautiful home. Convenient, covered parking near front door. Beautifully decor with comfortable furniture, quality linens and towels. Modern appliances, fast Internet, big TV, plenty of hot water. Nice neighborhood. Friendly host. Everything you need so highly recommended.

Great great place There was really nothing missing and it was super clean when we arrived. The beds were very cozy and also the rest of the apartment was cozy. The bathroom is not particularly suitable for small people:) (mirror, shower shower), but it has served its purpose The garden is simply world class The view, the great herbs, the vegetables and fruits....etc. The bow set was particularly well received by my daughter and husband. The fireplace is also really nice. There are plenty of heaters or fireplaces in each room, so you don't have to worry about too cold rooms even with a baby. Last but not least, the super service. The instructions in advance were top-notch and foolproof. The tips for excursions and restaurants have also been really helpful. Andreas is a very friendly and conscientious landlord We will be back!

We had a super nice weekend at the place! The last meters of arrival seem a little adventurous, but you can quickly see that the path to the accommodation is paved and you can easily drive to the large parking lot. The house was really very nicely decorated, plenty of space to relax and super well maintained. We lacked nothing and Kirsten answered every question super quickly if we wanted to know anything! We would come back anytime.

We stayed in the accommodation for the 2nd time and we enjoyed it very much this time too. The beds were already made, wood for the stove was already ready. We felt very comfortable and spent great days there.

The house was very comfortable, tidy, spacious and well equipped. Communication with Anja was excellent and check-in went smoothly. We enjoyed it very much. We were now able to use the house for the second time and will be happy to come back next time!

We felt very comfortable in Thüngersheim! It is a tranquil place to come down and recharge your batteries. Our two 4-year-old children immediately conquered the multi-story apartment for themselves. We enjoyed the evenings on the balcony very much and also watching the swallows. We didn't miss anything in the apartment and the communication with Katja was very appreciative. Würzburg is just a stone's throw away and the nearby vineyards also invite you to hike. We were traveling by public transport and got along great. A boat tour from Veitshöchheim to Würzburg with a previous visit to the Baroque Garden was a highlight. The Marienburg in Würzburg with the park below and super water playground were also great! The area and accommodation is highly recommended for all ages!

This is a great place to stay. It was a little tricky to find, and no elevator, but very spacious and had everything we needed. The second bathroom was much appreciated. The beds were comfortable, and he had extra blankets. It's also great to have free parking in front of the building. Perfect for what we needed. Erich was always quick to respond.

Good for short term ,

Our stay at Katja's place was pleasant. The space was clean and well-maintained, with new utensils that made meal preparation a breeze. The surrounding area was quiet, providing a restful environment. The host was responsive and attentive, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. A particular highlight for our young kid were the toys provided. However, it’s worth noting that the apartment is situated on the top floor, requiring several flights of stairs. Overall, a suitable accommodation for a tranquil getaway.

Wow, just wow! We immediately felt at home in this cozy, absolutely well maintained, clean apartment. Ellen was incredibly nice and her husband also helped us immediately in a small emergency. I can only recommend to stay here. We will definitely be back. Thanks again for everything!

We booked the place for a family/friends gathering. In the chic ambiance was the Gathering a complete success. The kitchen is excellently equipped, which made it much easier to host. The house is stylish and modernly furnished with very tasteful dishes and glasses. In the beds we could sleep well, you immediately noticed the quality. The bathrooms are also tastefully designed and in great condition. Everything was very clean. The house has a quiet location and invites you to hike and cycle. There are also nice excursion destinations in the area. The hosts Sabine and Mark were warm, helpful and always available from the beginning. This allowed them to ask questions be clarified immediately. We would always come back and highly recommend the place. Thank you to Sabine and Mark for the wonderful time.

This was the absolutely great location to meet us for a round birthday party. Since we came from all corners of Germany, the center of Germany was superbly chosen and then such a location with such a great host. I had chosen the location and only received praise from all fellow travelers for this choice. We all felt right at home. Thank you

We had a great few days at Haus Seelbach over Ascension. As three school friends with a total of 6 children between 2 and 6 years, the house and the fenced outdoor lighting was perfect for us. Many thanks to Jost and especially Carola, who welcomed us warmly on site!

Fantastic beautiful area, quiet village, natural beauty in every direction. House was totally fine for us. Be considerate of communication. The host and Belvilla are two different people and therefore also two different communication channels. By the way, communication was fine. Hopefully again in the future.
