We have stayed here several times and always enjoy the condo. It’s a nice place to come home too after a day of sightseeing. The jacuzzi is a huge plus, and the bed is very comfortable. Easy walking distance to town as well. It’s definitely a cute and cozy little condo.

Highly Recommend! BCCC = beautiful, clean, comfortable, convenient. Just as described & exactly like the pics inside and outside views! Lots to do in Gatlinburg and it's only a one-drive to Knoxville; nice town and has the beautiful Tennessee Theater which has some great shows/concerts. Hubby and I enjoy our 2-day get away. Thx James! (Side note: Driving up the steep mountain roads "in the dark" is a bit challenging and hair raising. It's fine during the day and the views are beautiful!)

We had an amazing stay at Palelo's Pool Retreat, and I can't recommend it enough! The cabin is perfectly situated close to hiking trails, Anakeesta, and downtown Gatlinburg, making it easy to explore all the best attractions in the Smoky Mountains. The cabin itself was clean and well-maintained. It came equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was stocked with necessary utensils and cookware, and having a washer and dryer was incredibly convenient. The kids loved the bunk beds and the free-standing arcade games. One of the highlights was definitely the pool and hot tub. After a long day of hiking and exploring, it was so nice to unwind and relax. Communication with our host, Gilbert, was smooth and straightforward, and we had no issues during our stay. Overall, we were a party of four, and everyone felt comfortable and at home. I would highly recommend Palelo's Pool Retreat for anyone looking for a perfect getaway in the Smoky Mountains.

We had a great time! You can walk to downtown Gatlinburg in 15 min and the pool and house were super fun. It worked perfectly for our group and we especially appreciated the lock on the door to the pool and pool alarm to add the extra layer of safety for the little ones! Thanks for a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay with grandparents and kids. Beautiful view, lots of space, fun activities and games, clean, and close to downtown Gatlinburg and hikes in Great Smoky Mountains National Park. We had a great time and will stay here again on our next trip to Gatlinburg!

Dan and Jenna’s place was perfect for our trip to Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains! The view was spectacular, and the kids loved the pool and arcade. We had one issue with the hot tub, and Dan and Jenna sent someone out to take care of it right away, which was really great. Overall, we were very happy and would definitely consider another stay at Dan and Jenna’s place in the future.

Great stay. My party of 7 found all the listed amenities available. The pool was closed, but they mention so on the listing. The hot tub was fine, but suffered from heating issues during the stay. We took to preheating the water by leaving it on for an hour or so before actually getting in, as otherwise it would hover a little below room temperature. There are so very many games there, nearly all of which come equipped with the necessary pieces to immediately play. They were very quick to respond as well. The trash cans were left half full from the previous guests, who had left the day before. This didnt allow us to fully empty our trash cans, but that was the only thing left noticeably unfinished. Also, although the downstairs master is beautiful, it does suffer from low wifi quality as well as jacuzzi heating issues. Finally, the internet isn't the best but is definitely doable. Only one reported outage, which happened for about an hour around 3 am one day so not too bad. 5/5

This home was everything you need it to be.. comfortable, entertaining, pet and kid friendly..couldn't have asked for more and the family had a wonderful time. The three suites allow for everyone to have privacy and the movie room allows everyone to come together for a good evening flick or in our case the super bowl. There is plenty to do and good resturants within 20 mins of the house as well. Would absolutely stay again and recommend.

I chose this place for my birthday and let’s just say it did not disappoint! Darlene was an amazing host from the time I booked to the time of check out! Great communication and dedicated to making her guest feel comfortable during my their stay. This home was exactly like the pictures but way better in person. It was clean and very spacious for my group of 8. We were within walking distance of downtown with so many things to do and eat. We had a blast and will definitely be back to book another stay in the future. If you’re thinking about booking this place DO IT you will not regret it nor will you want to leave lol. Thank you for everything Darlene!

The seclusion of this cabin was just what we were looking for! It was only a 15-20 minute drive to get to anything we needed or wanted to do. The pool was a nice escape for the kids in the evening and there were alarms on the pool door. I was a little nervous when I saw the access door to the pool was in the kids bedroom.

Loved the cabin! The check in instructions were super straight forward and it was very easy to get in. There’s actually WAY more kitchen utensils and gadgets and appliances than I expected and if we had wanted to cook a whole dinner we easily could have. Love the space and the layout. The games are super fun! Loved the bedrooms and got a super good sleep. The hot tub was fab! This is perfect for a nice relaxing getaway. The views are good too!

Zachary’s Airbnb is beautiful. He was very responsive in any questions we had and provided a guidebook to help us find things to do in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The house was perfect for our 2 families. The indoor pool is the perfect size and the views are immaculate. The drive up can be a bit challenging but that has nothing to do with the house, just remember you are in a mountain, very steep. We unfortunately had to cut our trip a day short with the impeding storms coming but during our stay we had no issues at all! Will be staying here again when we return to the area!

My family and I had a great time. The place was awesome. First of all, it is super clean. We enjoyed the creek, playground, grilling, the pool, and were able to work at night with the WiFi provided. The location was convenient and peaceful. The house was also loaded with plenty of essentials. The coffee machine was very clean, I usually have to use my own but theirs was clean so I did use it. We would definitely book here again. The owners were responsive and very pleasant.

Wonderful quick getaway for our family of 4! It was beautiful and was described perfectly by Chris and Morgan. Lots for our 2 boys ages 9 and 12, gaming table, pool table, and hot tub. Lots of room and still felt cozy. In the morning we sat out on the deck and enjoyed the views of both downtown Gatlinburg and the beautiful mountains. We also got to watch as the Ober Gatlinburg tramway go by the house. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay here! The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, and about 20 minutes from downtown Asheville. The house was beautiful and the views of the mountains from the living room and deck were gorgeous. The pool wasn’t yet open for our trip as it was earlier spring but we really enjoying the hot tub and sauna. The game room is an added bonus and there were plenty of sleeping spaces. There are rules about noise and being outside late as spelled out in the listing, but for a more quiet relaxing mountain getaway we can’t recommend it more and would definitely come back.

I have no words to describe what an amazing host Laura is—by far one of the best hosts I’ve ever had across all the properties I’ve stayed at. Her place is super cozy, well-equipped, clean, and organized. It’s also really close to all the key spots. The beds are super comfortable, and she was always attentive and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed for an amazing vacation. Can’t wait to come back soon!

Gatlinburg Views and walk to downtown!

Very lovely and spacious home with two king sized, comfortable beds. They provided a lot of towels and appliances including washer and dryer. The home is located up on a hill, so it's not very walkable to downtown Gatlinburg. However, it is located very close to the entrance of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park so it is still very convenient to stay here and drive to the Smoky Mountains. You can also still drive down in a couple of minutes to nearby parking lots and pay $10 for parking and explore downtown. We would highly recommend this place for families.
