Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Maggie Valley

Looking around Maggie Valley from this house, I don't think there was a better view to be had. This house is well-stocked and comfortable in every way we would have hoped for and Billy and the co-hosts gave us all the info we needed, but the star of the show is the view over the valley to the Blue Ridge Mountains and the stunning sunset. We definitely need to come back and see it in the fall. During our stay, we visited downtown Waynesville (great shops and restaurants ... Frog Level Brewery and The Red Fox were favorites), drove the Blue Ridge Parkway and stopped at many overlooks (Waterrock Knob is a relatively short drive from the house), and we ventured over to the Cherokee and Bryson City to ride the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad. The highlight was seeing more than a dozen elk at the Oconaluftee Visitor Center in the morning before the visitor center opened, but we even saw some in a field in Maggie Valley. But mostly we loved sitting on the deck and relaxing in this home!

Excellent location! Home was just as described and like photos. Easily walkable to the downtown restaurants, shopping and activities in Waynesville.

The host was great! Very responsive and friendly. He checked in throughout the weekend and made sure there wasn’t anything needed! The home was in a great location, and easy driving distance to anything you would like to do. 10/10 would recommend this home!

Tom and Carol were great hosts who have put a lot of care into this home! Every amenity from the hot tub to the dartboard had clear step-by-step instructions provided, and check in/check out was a breeze. The home was clean and comfortable and looked exactly as pictured. I would definitely stay here again!

Such a beautiful and peaceful cabin! Prefect location and the hot tub by the creek was the cherry on top to a great getaway!

What a lovely place for our anniversary weekend! This house is exactly as described and felt brand new! It was absolutely spotless, so comfortable in every way and Kelsey has truly thought of every detail. We loved the large covered deck almost as much as our little Shelbi did. This was one of the best pet friendly accommodations we have ever stayed in. Our pup even acted like she wanted to stay when it was time to check out! There is some road noise but when outside we played music on the Bluetooth speakers, and it was not such a big deal. At night, use one of the sleep machines Kelsey provides in your bedroom nightstand (again, she hasn't missed a detail). We loved our stay and highly recommend this place when visiting Bryson City! Everything was wonderful! It’s was a peaceful weekend getaway that we were looking for. Parking is a little tight if you have a bigger vehicle, and the shower is small. Overall would be back!

We enjoyed our stay and were impressed with the cleanliness and private stay. We were able to escape for a few days and relax!

The cabin was beautiful, just like the pictures! The landscape was so well kept. Everything we needed was there. I will rebook again soon.

Such a beautiful and peaceful cabin tucked a way with a lot of hiking close by. The cabin was rustic, clean, and just as described/pictured. My boyfriend and I did a couple of nice hikes including Looking Glass Rock Trail as suggested by Lucas. Greg/Lucas were very accommodating and responsive.

Excellent location. Cabin was just as described. Quiet cabin in a peaceful location. Easily accessible. Short drive into town and only about 15 minutes to Cherokee. Cabin had everything we needed.

The pictures of this lovely cabin don’t even do it justice. The view was absolutely incredible- we spent lots of time on the large deck just looking out at the mountains. We loved that we could bring our pup and appreciated the food/water bowls already set out in the kitchen. It was a quick drive into Gatlinburg but we enjoyed coming back to the quiet, peaceful cabin. Kelly was extremely responsive when I had a question. As others have said, there aren’t extra items like hair dryers, games and cooking supplies (spices, oil, etc) so be sure to pack those. The hot tub and old school video game were a nice bonus, though! Absolutely recommend this beautiful spot for a family visit to Gatlinburg.

This cabin was everything I was looking for! It was private but close to downtown and activities. The cabin was very clean and had all of the amenities listed. The host was quick to let us know the cabin was ready for check in (earlier than expected even!) and gave resturant suggestions. Perfect place to stay if you want your privacy but close to enjoy everything Gaitlinburg has to offer. We did see a momma and 2 cubs in the woods next to the cabin also!

Went for mini vacation for spring break with wife and our aussiedoodle from April 6 - 9, 2025. Found the cute cabin, we drove past it and when we came back we found it. As soon as we went in, loved the ambiance, the simplicity of the layout, very easy check in and it had all the amenities. What we loved best is listening to the river water flow as soon as we get up and when we go to sleep. Ample place for our dog to run. Saw a number of ground hogs ( I think ) Loved the porch with rocking chairs and also LOVED the hot tub. But what we loved was sitting by the river. The bathrooms were big, very clean. The beds were ok comfy. Creeks a lot :-) . But I have to say kudos to host Tina & GSCR for being very responsive for all our needs. We are sure to come back to this beautiful cabin. Thank you for hosting us.

I think this was our 5th or 6th stay, I’ve lost count. We love this place and will come again!

Our family had the privilege of staying at Andrea's charming home in Brevard. We are actually locals, utilizing the space while completing some home repairs, and it was a wonderful experience! The house has a cozy, vintage appeal, and was incredibly well stocked, from spare toiletries in the bathroom, to essentials in the kitchen, which we appreciated. There were clearly printed directions with all the info we needed, and we greatly enjoyed the fireplace on chilly nights. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who needs a spot in Brevard!

If you’re looking for a well-kept, comfortable and peaceful place and property for a family get together, this is a must consider. On top of all the wonderful things Asheville offered being only a few minutes drive, we loved going home to this place and have chill time in the outdoor hot tub. It provided us (even our pup) everything we needed for a restful and fun stay. I highly recommend Anne’s house and won’t hesitate to stay again.

This was one of the best airbnbs we stayed at in Brevard - our son plays baseball at Brevard College and we have been traveling to Brevard for 4 years - the home was very clean - Marisa was great - we could not figure out how to adjust the ceiling fans so her husband came by to take a look and he went out and got new batteries which we were fine doing but he wanted to - very impressed! Very nice and easy to communicate with. The house is adorable.

Easy check in. Hosts allowed early check-in because we arrived too early. Dog run available for use while we needed to get ready for different events. Well centered between Franklin and Sylva. Short drive to Georgia state line going South. Short ride to Waynesville going east. Follow hosts direction not to take Brendle to home. We have a 4WD Jeep and used it but would not recommend for small sedans or SUV’s/trucks. We also were able to get a delivery from Instacart for our groceries.

We had a wonderful stay at Pete's place! It's in a great neighborhood, walkable to downtown Brevard and Silvermont park. It was very clean, comfortable, and had a well equipped kitchen.

We had perfect time at Lisa's place in Pisgah. It was within short driving distance of some amazing forest places, Asheville, and Brevard. Plenty to do and most of all, enjoy holiday relaxing on the huge private deck. Everything was spotless and well thought out. Thank you!!

We had the best time at Lauren's home! We felt extremely comfortable and the location was great! The bathrooms were updated and so nice to use.
