BANS Plantation is a gem nestled in the lush green spaces of Coorg. The property is exactly as described and what you see in the pictures. Spacious and clean for family/friends to unwind over a holiday or weekend getaway. Our recent stay there was fabulous. Kids loved to play with the friendly dogs on premises. Mr. Naniappa is genuinely interested to know what his guests need and is willing to offer help. He gave us pointers on local attractions, even helped arrange an affordable day ride for sightseeing. He walked us through his coffee and pepper plantations, giving us a glimpse of how they are grown and managed. One can even get a taste of what they grow, which is as fresh as it gets. We had our meals at the property for the most part. Home made food by Mrs. Shobha was delicious. My kids can get picky about food, they thoroughly enjoyed everything that she made. We carry great memories from our stay here, and will be keen to go back there in the future., when possible.

Harish Sir is very kind. We got early morning 5AM check in and late night 10PM checkout. Most importantly, 2BHK flat was very clean, linens were very well washed, bathroom was super neat, kitchen has all the amenities. Place is so quiet and we got very good sleep. These facilities and amenities were are like 3star hotel. Would definitely recommend longer stays. Space is worth every penny.

I’ve stayed at this property with my friends for around 2 nights, the moment while we saw this property on Air bnb we were impressed up to one point with the views of the property and area but after visiting the prop we were amazed to see the things which were inside. They literally kept everything that you might need in further starting from coffee powder, tea powder, sugar to medicines, wipes, sanitary pads. The host Mr. Athula Rao was very friendly with us he made us so comfortable and gave us a good check in experience, he has explained us everything in the home on how to use everything and recommended us the local tourist spots. The property has a pet called Gunda which is also very friendly and fun to play with. Mr. Athula Rao has also arranged us a breakfast on the day of our checkout and that is absolutely tasty and amazing. We would definitely recommend this place to others as it’s a must place. I had a wonderful time at Parvathy's appartment. very quiet neighborhood, just 5 minutes rikshaw ride away from the center. cozy. clean. had everything i needed.
