House vacation rentals in Mae Rim

I think this can be used as the last night's stay, because there are not many shops near the accommodation, it takes about 8-10 minutes to walk to the 7-11 on the road, it's a little dark on the road and it feels a little unsafe, but it's only a 10-minute drive from the airport, which is very convenient!!!The floor is a little dusty, I think it can be cleaned better, and the bed is too soft, as long as the person next to the pillow turns around, it's like an earthquake😅, but I think the Hostess's service is very good, she answers all questions, and the response speed is quite fast, each room in the house has an air purifier, and there is a big TV in the living room with very good sound and picture quality, and there is free water and drinks in the refrigerator, but alcohol is charged!Finally, there is a large swimming pool where friends and family can play, eat, and chat together. I think it's quite recommended overall!

This is a hidden gem. We extended 10 days because of this resort and the staff. We have been traveling the globe for 18 months nonstop. This is absolutely our favorite resort so far. I absolutely recommend this resort for long and short stays.

It is very conveniently located, easy to reach Maya Mall and Ningman road for shopping and eating various local food . The host is also very warm hearted to help you before and during the stay

Jorge is such an outstanding host. His communication is always responsive and attentive. He is so friendly and helpful that you will get a friend after your stay. Our whole family felt right home at the place and kids do not want to leave the place with lots of fun things to do/play with. We all enjoy the pool and jacuzzi very much. I would recommend this place without hesitation.

Good value, relaxing place to stay. 25 min away from city central, so a bit out of the way. Also, it's very tropical so there are mosquitoes and bugs right outside, especially if you have external lights on (but it can't be helped since its just the environment). Overall enjoyed our stay. Max was very responsive, the place and pool was clean, and it was a nice, peaceful place.

I had a wonderful stay at Mary and Jona’s Villa! The place was exactly as described clean, cozy, and located in a peaceful area. They were incredibly kind, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect during my stay. I truly felt at home. I highly recommend staying with them if you’re visiting Chiang Mai. Thanks again for everything I’d definitely love to come back someday!

There are many very nice and old trees in the yard, there is an oversized fish pond, a lot of nice carp, the sunset in the evening is beautiful, the big kitchen boiling has gas, there is daily cleaning, cleaning the yard, picking up the yard in the evening, a lot of outdoor table and chairs, you can freely choose to eat and drink tea in different scenery, we stayed for 7 days, the outside spots and restaurants are not as nice here, really is the feeling of living in the scenery, so much

We have stayed over a month and Jin was a perfect host. She and her lovely parents helped and assisted us with any need we might have. She helped us renting a car, gave us a ride when she headed to the downtown. She was very kind. We work remotely so the garden and balcony was a peaceful place to work. There was some construction noise during the day, but at night its very quiet. If you are planing a long stay and want to be away from the city you should definitely consider Jin’s house.

The most lovely hosts and place Ive ever been to. Silence all around, birds singing, squirrels on the trees. The terrace is the best spot. if you are a digital nomad seeking for a spot far from the city noise and rush, do not hesitate, just come here and you wont regret. The hosts are very helpful, proactive and they really do care about guest's comfort. Highly recommended !

This homestay experience in Chiang Mai was absolutely amazing!The house is very retro decorated, every detail is full of design, as if living in a space filled with stories, taking photos at all!The host is super enthusiastic, not only gave us a lot of local recommendations for food and attractions, but also helped us solve all kinds of small problems, really like friends.The location of the B&B is also very convenient. There are convenience stores and restaurants just outside the door. It is very close to the ancient city and night market. Transportation is no worries at all.All in all, this stay was full and highly recommended to all friends coming to Chiang Mai!I hope I'll definitely stay again when I get the chance in the future!🌟

One of the most unique Airbnbs we have ever stayed in - such a cool property! It is actually much larger inside than we expected. The elevated deck was perfect in the evenings. Many restaurants, temples, etc very close by - everything is walkable but you’re tucked back in a side road with no traffic. We would definitely stay again - we felt right at home in this clean and private home.

Excellent house . A short 20 minute drive from the centre . And 5 minutes away from the mountains. A great coffee shop at the end of the road serving croissants and cakes. Pizza & pasta options nearby if you want a break from Thai food . We used Grab which was straightforward. The kitchen is well equipped, comfy beds and a huge tv to watch. We loved the design of the pool as it wrapped around the house. The property is located in a gated development with security on site so you and your guests will be safe and secure .

Bill was an exceptional host who went above and beyond. He was thoughtful and helpful and very quick to respond whenever I sent a message. He had water and extra supplies such as toilet paper, washing powder etc which was really helpful, especially being out of town. There was a gym, which Bill recommended, within walking distance too. We were a group of 9 who stayed for nearly 3 weeks and we were very comfortable- the house is spacious and had everything we needed. The only issue we sometimes had was we had to wait a bit longer find grab. I would suggest using grab for getting home from town as songtau drivers/ taxis outside of grab had trouble finding the location. Using the ‘plus code’ on google maps was the most accurate for finding the accomodation. The community the house is in was lovely, the neighbours were friendly and would stop for a chat or to drop off some fruit etc. FYI; You have to pay for power, for us it cost us an average of an extra 255baht per night.

The place is good with a lot of mosquitoes but not the owner's problem and the owner is also in good faith to fix the problem as there are a lot of plants that lead to more mosquitoes Also, because it is a wooden floor, it has been loose, causing the wood floor to be shocked when walking affects sleep, the bed is quite good sleep, still a good choice Previously saw other visitors said the 2nd floor was hot, this time to see that the owner has added a new air conditioner, I believe the owner is also committed to the management

We had a fabulous 2 day stay here, and definitely could have stayed longer! The hosts were flexible with check in times and the house was extremely clean. Everything is identical to the photos and the views are even better.

Highlight of our time in North Thailand! Our stay here in Pai was magical & Pimanchaya’s property was the highlight for us. We felt right at home in this beautiful place, our kids included. The gardens, outdoor bath & hot springs were much appreciated & the peace felt here is just what we needed after long term traveling. The inclusions for kids are amazing & there is always something for them to do/play with - they had the best time. We wanted to spend as much time enjoying the house as we did the area of Pai. We would recommend this property to all family & friends & and we will definitely be back again as a family who now have very fond memories of this place. Sad to say goodbye! We had a wonderful stay at Jeffrey's place and truly loved it. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The garden is well-maintained and beautiful, making it a great spot to relax outside. The area has a charming countryside feel, surrounded by lush greenery, banana and coconut trees, and rice fields. The drive to Chiang Mai’s central areas is reasonable, about 25-30 minutes to the more distant parts of the city. Jeffrey is an incredibly kind and helpful host—an outstanding host overall! If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely love to stay here again.

A lovely house in a quiet area of Chiang Mai, with all the shops and restaurants of Nimman within easy walking distance. We needed something last minute after the earthquake affected our travel plans and Ton and Narisara were the perfect hosts; quick to respond, super helpful and kind by checking in to see if we needed anything. The house itself is large, comfortable and very clean. Someone even came around one day to water the lush plants in the garden. We loved the renovated bathrooms and thoughtful living areas. Thank you!
