My stay at this condo was fantastic! Everything was exactly as described, and the complex amenities were excellent. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was responsive and made the check-in process seamless. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay.

This Airbnb is located in a fancy, luxury apartment complex and comes with all the necessary amenities. It feels more like a hotel than an apartment. The lobby area features a vehicle rental desk, a tours and travel desk (where you can book day tour packages), and a cute coffee spot. The host is very responsive. However, the apartment complex has a somewhat deserted feel, we barely saw anyone around.

The rooftop area features an infinity pool extending towards a scenic landscape, with Doi Suthep Mountain visible in the distance. Sunlight bathes the space as greenery and planters line the pool. Lounge areas provide a relaxing setting against the backdrop of a vibrant sunset.

We had a very comfortable stay and it had all the amenities we needed. My sister loved the softness of the bed in the smaller room while I found the hot and cold shower system to be efficient. There’s a co-working space and a gym to use. Having a 7-11 across the condo was also bonus. The host was very responsive and addressed concerns promptly. They even provided bottles of water and some coffee capsules which we really appreciated. Overall, it was better than booking a 5 star hotel room for me. Great value for money.

Jerry is really great we were able to stay until 12:30 p.m. instead of 11 a.m. on the day of departure the beautiful pool the very clean apartment with bcp of storage. shower gel,toothbrush,slippers, and water bottle from Jerry. i recommend this apartment 100%. 👏

Huge swimming pool. Near 711. Coffee shop. 2 min walk to the biggest mall in Chiang Mai. Beautiful environment.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The room was exactly as described, clean and cozy.The bed was comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s rest after a long day. The host was extremely friendly and welcoming, providing clear instructions for check-in.The location was perfect, situated in a quiet neighborhood yet close to local shops. I felt safe and at home throughout my stay. The bathroom was also spotless, with plenty of towels and toiletries provided. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. I would definitely return if I’m in the area again!

I had a cozy stay at Phoomanee’s place. It’s in a great location, close to the mall and lots of yummy cafes and restaurants nearby. Slightly smaller than it looks in the photos but the balcony is excellent! Would highly recommend!!

We had a really enjoyable time staying at this apartment. It was small, but perfectly practical and well equipped with all you would need. There’s a lovely pool and well maintained gym downstairs. The apartment block is very secure and in a safe area. The kitchen has a good cooktop and a full size fridge for self catering. Lots of restaurants and cheap eateries nearby in Maya Mall and along Nimman Road. The washing machine was very useful during our longer stay. Apiwat and his co-hosts are quick to respond and give great information for your arrival. Love that this is a non smoking block. We Thoroughly encourage any single or couple looking at staying in Chiang Mai to use this apartment.

Very nice place with great amenities. The pool on top of the building is unique. The location is good, right outside of the city centre with lots of shops across the street. The place itself was cosy and clean, with a nice view. Recommend!

This is by far the best place we've stayed at during our 8 months in Southeast Asia. The place is absolutely beautiful - more beautiful than in the photos. Stunning sunsets every day, bana trees everywhere, so many birds to watch from the terrace. It simply doesn't get better than this. The house is more spacious than we expected and it had everything you might need. The bed is comfy and internet is very fast and stable - over 500mbps in testing. Perfect for remote workers - we could work on the terrace by the entrance, terrace on the sunset side and either of the rooms. The common kitchen is big, spacious and has everything you might need. Hosts are extremely helpful and nice - we had some joint dinners and celebrations for the lantern festival and new years. It takes about 30 min on the bike to get to the city center, but there are local restaurants and you have Grab here too. We're definitely coming back. It's the perfect place if you want some peace and nature.

5 Star review of Charles condo - would give it 10 stars if we could. Perfect in every way, with no reservations as to "Book it now, before it is gone !" Condo was very clean, quiet and in a great location. Charles went out of his way to be sure we had everything we needed and communication was great. Every unit has a 3" binder with information about the old town and what to do, see and eat. Both beds were comfy, kitchen very user friendly and both bathrooms well equipped. Charles is a great host and you will not be disappointed.

Kannika stays on site. So she is always present for hosting and asking for travel tips! Kannika is friendly and graciously prepares a spread for breakfast too! The place is beautiful and is a wonderful restful place! She also runs a small but dainty cafe on site too!

Good value, relaxing place to stay. 25 min away from city central, so a bit out of the way. Also, it's very tropical so there are mosquitoes and bugs right outside, especially if you have external lights on (but it can't be helped since its just the environment). Overall enjoyed our stay. Max was very responsive, the place and pool was clean, and it was a nice, peaceful place.
