Monthly Rentals in Madison Heights

Molly was an amazing host! Any issue I had she responded right away. I felt right at home at the Little Petite Palace. I stayed for around 4 months and felt right at home. The neighborhood was quiet and there was a lot to do in the surrounding area! I 100% recommend staying here!

Mortada was phenomenal! We had a few minor complications at first and he was so quick to resolve our issues. I would absolutely recommend him and his place! It was exactly what we were looking for during our weekend visit to Detroit. Thank you so much!

Stephen’s place is exactly like described. Home is located on a quiet street very close to 94 interstate. Everything you need in less than a mile. Home is clean, well kept and was fully equipped for our stay. Fenced backyard a huge plus for us. Easy to let pups out with large area to hangout in backyard. We ate in, ate out and the kitchen had every thing we needed. Beds were comfy, living room can easily fit a family and the bathroom had hot showers and plenty of towels/wash cloths. Stephen was always helpful and responsive. We will def be back again as this was perfect for us to visit family.

The place is simply great, just like in the pictures, wish I could have stayed longer.
