The best part of this unit is the quick and easy access to the Ayala Mall. The building facilities are top notch and staff members are friendly, courteous and very helpful. The unit definitely is a higher end build based on the very spacious bathroom and big island in the kitchen. The host was extremely responsive and took only a few minutes to respond to all my texts. This place is highly recommended.

We had a very pleasant two-night stay at this spacious and well-maintained three-bedroom unit. It was a lovely place to be with our kids—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed, including a full kitchen and laundry facilities, which made things extra convenient. The outdoor community is a bit dated and the roads around the area could use some improvement. That said, it was great to see other kids around for ours to play with, which made the experience more enjoyable for them. Overall, it’s a great place for both short stays, especially if you’re looking for a quiet and functional home base. We were also able to easily order food in when needed. Thanks for a smooth and relaxing stay!

The house owner very kindness and gave a lot of helf to us. There had a house caretaker who called Neil also friendly and willing help us. To the house, we had a bound of people joined this travel and everyone they all like this lovely and clean house. To sum up, it’s a precious travel to me and our friends the main part of reason because we lived in this house. Thank you very much🌹🌹🌹

The place is superb! There’s no place like home, but at ANZA, you always feel right at home. The amenities are fantastic, and the caretaker is incredibly kind. A perfect place to unwind!

I stayed for a month to work and discover Cebu and surroundings on the weekends. The place is ideal because you can enjoy the swimming pool, the peaceful garden and the roof terrace where you can sunbathe or have a quiet breakfast. Nearby is a shopping center where you can eat, drink and do groceries. Of course, there are street vendors everywhere where you can get local food and fruit. The supermarket is useful for products such as water, sunscreen etc. The location itself is a bit far from the ceuntrum of Cebu, but within 30 minutes you are in the city (with Grab you ordered taxi and food, in front of your own door). The internet was good enough to have meetings and there was a desk where I could sit and work. Pierre and Nelia were very helpful and friendly and gave tips on what to do. Her family members were also very helpful and if I needed anything they were there for me. I look back on the stay with great pleasure and would book again next year.

We had an amazing time at Maam Djamila’s place! From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. It felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect and the quiet ambiance made it a great spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Djamila and her husband were incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing great recommendations and making sure I had everything I needed. Also, very very thankful for granting our urgent requests and letting my brother checked in earlier than the check-in time. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Cebu. I would definitely stay here again!

The couple was nice and very friendly. They even brought a bluetooth speaker with mic, telling us we wer the first users. I would definitely recommend this place and I hope to come here again in the near future. Kudos to the couple and the people there.

This is by far the best Airbnb I have ever stayed. The host is amazing and very kind and caring I found I could reach out and ask about anything even with travel details and they were very informative and helpful. I stayed in Avida 3 times before but Marexe place is the best one yet, its clean, its easily accessible, private, tidy and comfy. I would highly recommend Marexe place to anyone who is visiting Cebu, its best condo i have stayed so far in whole of Cebu

As first time guests of Glenda’s place, I’d say we were very satisfied. The place was located in a subdivision with really responsible security personnel, so you know you are safe. It was peaceful and quiet. The place is full of CCTV’s. Kitchen was the best part of the house. Glenda as a host is 10/10- very responsive and considerate. We had some special requests and she was so considerate to allow us. Ann, the keeper of the house is also very responsive and checks on you from time to time. Will definitely book again :)

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the stay, especially the mini karaoke set and board games which created memorable moments together. A special mention to Ms. Syvel, an exceptionally accommodating host, whose prompt responses and the caretaker's reliable assistance ensured a smooth and comfortable experience. While there are areas for improvement, such as slow flow and bit salty faucet water and a few appliances requiring replacement and detailed cleaning, these were minor concerns compared to the overall charm and peacefulness of the property. For anyone seeking relaxation and a refreshing change of scenery, this home is highly recommended.

Very nice and clean place. Everything was according to the description. Evelyn was vey helpful and gave us good tips where to go and what to see. Felt very good and secured. Plus the airport is nearby- only 10min drive- so that was also very helpful. Highly recommended!:)

The place was awesome. Checked in for 2 nights with no problem. It is situated inside a subdivision and its on a dead end. Had a bar with barbecue grill. Parking space for a car is available. Rooms can accomodate around 8 pax with a aircon in every room. Aircon in the sala is not working when we went there. Internet is good. Water was not a problem although host told me that they have some issues with tge supply. We enjoyed our stay in this humble home. Will definitely return. By the way planes can be heard most of the time here but we dont have any issues for it.

The view was fantastic! Host communicates well and attended to our needs. The TV, sound system, and wifi was great as well. Kitchen was well equipped. CR was clean. Recommended place for private events.

I am writing this review on behalf of my daughter, who stayed at this Airbnb home with her friends. I was the one who booked it for them, and I must say, we were extremely happy with the choice! They had an amazing stay from March 5-8. The home was super clean, fragrant, spacious, and well-organized—truly a breath of fresh air. Every corner was spotless, with no trace of cobwebs, making it the cleanest place they've ever stayed in. The peaceful neighborhood added to the relaxing ambiance, and the home's aesthetic appeal made their stay even more enjoyable. With all rooms air-conditioned, including the living area, they all slept comfortably. There were four bedrooms, including one on the second floor with two bunk beds, making it perfect for larger groups (they were 10 in total).
