Monthly Rentals in Macquarie Park

We booked Jessy’s place after another Airbnb host made their place unavailable after full payment and refused to cancel on their end. Jessy was such a friendly and responsive host. It was easy to communicate. The apartment looks very new and was simply decorated, ie not cluttered. The study room was a nice additional space. It is walking distance from Macquarie University station, although it is slightly uphill if you are pushing luggage. Overall a very comfortable stay.

We’re a family of four with two little ones under 7 and really enjoyed our stay. The place had almost everything we needed—loved the thoughtful touches like liquid handwash (not bar soap!), toiletries, laundry and dishwasher tablets, and plenty of tissues. It made our stay so much easier. The location is fantastic—right by Macquarie Mall and close to the Metro, which was super handy. A couple of small things to note: the parking spot was in Building D, so it’s a short walk underground to Building B. Also, the building keys only work for your assigned building’s lift, which made access a little tricky. All up, it was a comfy, well-equipped stay in a really convenient spot. Thanks for having us!

Place was great! So accessible and in the middle of everything you need to get to. There’s a walkway to Macquarie Centre which I thought was super convenient. Host was responsive and helpful.
