Vacation rentals in Macho Güero

The space was exactly what we needed to reset. Plenty of room for my daughter and I to relax and unwind. Comfortable bed! Amazing pots and pans for full meal cooking! Lovely area to be in. Christina’s natural interactions with the animals is beyond impressive and being able to interact with the animals as much or as a little or you wish is a blessing in disguise. My daughter came alive out here and we have some impressive strong ladies and their dedication to this place to thank! We will be back! Again and again! Christina was kind, helpful, and direct in all her communication. Oh and the laundry on site was a God send!

Marina's cottage was everything!!! She was very communicative, kind and helpful. Having both written directions and pictures for both finding the cottage and laundry room was so helpful. I would recommend making sure you check in during the day when the sun is out because this cottage is a true gem, in the desert mountain area where you can see the stars but also be in the city in 30 minutes. We will 100% be returning. Highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. It was so calming to step out on the deck and watch the Sun come up over the mountains. Couldn’t ask for a more peaceful setting.

Koko's home was a magical Christmas experience for our family of 4 adults and 2 dogs. We arrived after dark, but the house was beautifully lit and welcoming. We had an access code, so it was easy to enter. Once opening the door, we were greeted by an abundance of Christmas cheer, including a fully decorated and lit Christmas tree. It even smelled like Christmas! The Kitchen was fully stocked with new appliances, tools, dishes, cleaning products and even spices. The bedrooms had comfy beds and bedding, with extra pillows and blankets. Both bathrooms had lots of towels, soaps and shampoo. Koko's New Country Home is truly a home away from home; it was more than we could have expected. We will definitely plan to stay here again.

Incredible place to stay! Tucked away in the Cleveland National Forest, it is next door to several peaks to summit. Nice, cozy town to relax in. Darryl and Jackie also go above and beyond to help out!

Our favorite getaway in California! Meaghan & Derek's place is beautiful, such a lovely, peaceful and quiet retreat. The views are incredible. The home itself is so warm and cozy and has everything you need. We all (us and our pup) felt right at home here. So many areas to relax indoors and outdoors. Meaghan and Derek were so kind and welcoming. Really love it here!

Awesome experience. Host was friendly, accommodating, and responded immediately to messages. Loved the location…peaceful, easy freeway access, grocery stores near by.

The Airbnb was better than expected, modern, clean and spacious. It was a perfect accommodation for traveling with three young kids. The kitchen was well equipped to cook breakfast daily and the area was close to shops and restaurants. The area was central to all and close to the main highway. Casey was a great host and I would definitely stay again with my family without reservation.

We stayed here for a staycation and it was very relaxing, just what we needed. The space was beautiful and spacious. We had everything we needed for two people. The fireplace was also useful, as it gets cold in Alpine at night. Beautiful guest house, I would definitely stay again.

Very nice stay. Home is super cozy and clean. Host was awesome and communicated almost immediately if needed. Home sits on a large lot and is very private.
