Just perfect for our family of 9. We arrived on a windy, rainy early spring night to a peaceful, homey, safe place. Really loved the old house, decor, well appointed kitchen, new appliances, outside grill, very comfortable beds, tv’s in nearly every bedroom. The arcade was a hit with the kids. Early spring in upper New York was just a little too early for our fishing charter and it was cancelled due to weather. We had to leave a day early and Addison credited us that day quickly and no fuss. We didn’t even ask for it. Would recommend the Mule House to anyone.

We had a great stay and found everything we needed for the month. The kitchen was especially well stocked with items for those who cook. The house was clean and beds were very comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was also a plus for our long stay. We were close to walking trails, necessary stores, and restaurants. We would stay with Alicia again!
