the cottage is on the top of the mountain so going up is quite a challenge for us as first timer or as new to the place. Though Daryl was so helpful and attentive to help us so it made our check in so easy. Ruth and Daryl were very helpful during our stay, even offered for some grocery shopping. Place was quite, relaxing and with friendly wild life. The Place/ cottage and the hosts deserves five stars and recommendation.

If you are tired of the city, here is where you wanna be! Right within nature itself. Yet with all the comfort and amenities (and foods) of our great civilisation. As I shared with Kate, this place is totally out of this world (at least for us)! The hosts are super hospitable and helpful - indeed super hosts. We cannot ask for more for a short escape into the Australian bush! 6 stars stay for us! Thank you, Kate and Joerg! Thank you, Indie, Ava and Chloe for keeping us company and giving us love and joy. Thank you Kids, for the sights and sounds that is just lovely to have.

A great place to retreat and relax. Beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. Best with a car - super close to Gatton but then you're away from it all when you turn down the driveway. perfect for a week of reading, baking, and boardgames. Plenty of space - bedrooms are open and airy, two gorgeous living rooms, plus a sunny study.
