Loved the place. The condo had everything we needed for our family’s spring break vacation. The place was very clean, tastefully furnished and equipped with everything we needed. The host thought all the details, including fully equipped kitchen, supplies and even board games. Jeremy was very welcoming and responsive to all the questions. Definitely would stay there again and recommend it!

1340 3A was a spectacular condo to stay in for our family vacation! The unit was incredibly spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was nearly perfectly supplied, only missing a blender. The unit was also supplied with beach towels as well as beach chairs and an umbrella. The location was great as it was walkable to several restaurants and shopping. My favorite part of the condo was the stunning views of both the gulf and the bay side. I’ve never stayed in a condo with views of both! I loved it! We would definitely stay here again!

With the phone app, it was an easy way to unlock and lock the door. The outside parking was always close-by available. Disabled spot right at the base of the staircase. The first flight of stairs is 19 steps and the second flight is broken into a 9 and 10 steps between a landing. The stairs are wide enough for up and down with luggage/packages. The grounds are neatly kept and the pool area is filled with multiple lounge chairs. An exercise room with the various machines and also free weights was easy to use. There is one entrance gate (know code). The interior is very pleasant with the pictures/accent items. The kitchen has all the utensils that you need, large washer/dryer, large bathtub and great hot water and shower pressure. Plenty of extra towels. Comfortable beds. Easy to control fans/lights in each room. Lots of good restaurants 1 mile north and along the coast and downtown St. Pete. I don't see that you would have any hesitation to rent this overall great place.

Our family had a wonderful time at this condo! We enjoyed waking to see the ocean every day and also had enough space to relax on our vacation. Helena provides a beach bag with towels and sand toys that were a very nice touch for our beach day. The staff at the bar/restaurant were great and we also felt safe with the 24 hour security guards on duty. This place really made our trip extra special!

Our family really enjoyed our stay! The place was spacious enough for our family, and the location is absolutely perfect. We loved being able to have an easy walk to the beach, and to Paradise Grill (one of our favorite places to eat). It is also walking distance to other great restaurants. The place was very clean and the host was very friendly, responsive, and accommodating. Great stay!

Perfect location! The place had everything we needed. The proximity to the beach cannot be beat - just walk out the door and you are right there. Both the beach and pool were amazing and never super crowded. The place is spacious and allowed the 4 of us to have our own space, but also be together in the kitchen/living room area and balcony. There are big TVs in every room, which allowed us to watch our own thing late at night. The 2.5 bathrooms helped us all clean up quickly after a day at the beach. Even the garage parking spot was nice and close to the elevator, which helped when we had luggage and groceries to bring up. The condo even provides luggage and shopping carts in the garage, so we only had to take one trip up. There is a full closet of beach items for everything you will need. There are also several games and puzzles to keep you busy inside. We washed clothes several times during the week. Melody was very responsive for the couple questions that we had during the trip.

What a great stay! Everything in the condo was just as pictured, very clean, easy to access and also walkable to restaurants. I loved the convenience of the having the beach chairs and umbrellas. The beach itself is beautiful and quiet. I would definitely stay again!

From booking to departure, Matt was very responsive and helpful. I actually had to ask him to send me check-in instructions twice and he was very accommodating and kind. The condo is very well-appointed and spacious and it has a good layout. The sunsets are lovely to watch as are the people on the beach enjoying them. We really liked the location and spent time in St Pete, Madeira Beach and Treasure Island during the trip. It’s not far from the Tampa airport. I have to mention the convenience of the garbage chute. What a great idea. The parking for the condo is the best spot! Right next to the elevator. We will definitely go back to Matt’s condo!

Our stay at Sea Club condo #39 was great. The condo was gorgeous - clean, spacious, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the large family room, kitchen and patio. Sea Club has a quiet atmosphere with manicured grounds and a great pool area. Our host, Kristin, provided excellent tips on local restaurants and attractions. She was responsive and made sure we were comfortable from start to finish. We will definitely stay here again.
