It’s a perfect place for the budget for a single or a coiple who are looking for peace with the joy of the italian spirit. The little apartment is equipped with all uour basic needs and perfectly clean. Literally 10m from the marina you can see the boats from your window. Heating and hot water works perfectly. I would come back to try out Francesca’s other houses, she is a kind communicator. The only thing you should know if you are a bicycle person is that the location Sottomarina obliges you to pay 60€ to ferries ⛴️ in case you wanna go to Venice and come back. If you wanna use the ferries with your car probably the price will go higher. So i had to use the bus which is the only other way to Venice with a 14€ ticket in total 3h to go and to return. But the good news is that the transportation system works 24h. Francesca’s little flat was perfect.

We stayed at MiVà's house in 3 for 9 nights and had a great time. Cozy, warm, bright, spacious apartment (2 separate bedrooms with private bathroom and a nice living room/kitchen), warm and well stocked with everything you need including dishwasher and washing machine. The environment is very clean and quiet, we slept, very well, on great beds. Basically, we were better than at home Valentina welcomed us with kindness and met all our requests We recommend it without a doubt and if we return to the area we hope to find it available Thank you Valentina and Michele
