Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Lucerne

We highly recommended Jennifer & Alice’s place. It is mainly because of multiple reasons. Firstly, the location of the flat is highly advantageous, as it is close to a bus station and there is a bus scheduled there that can take you at a time of under 20 minutes to Luzern Bahnhof which is next to the central train station. Secondly, our host is very generous and kind; when we arrived, she gave us a very detailed house tour, and secondly, she was always there to respond to any of our problems in the flat, in which there were very little. Thirdly, the flat had all our essentials and it is very tidy and well furnished, and there was a fan in each of the main rooms in accordance to the baking temperature. Finally, I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone. It has given us great memories and we are very thankful of Jennifer and her efforts to make us comfortable.

Describe the site in a serious word PARAISO, for those who enjoy the landscapes, wonderful views and the tranquility. It will definitely be our stay again on the next visit.

Lovely house with amazing view over the lake. A house with a soul that feels cosy and welcoming, perfect for a family retreat and getting some fresh air for city folks. Very close to a stop/station of the cable train Rigibahn, so easy to access and get down to Vitznau, or up to Rigi Kaltbad and the trails up there. Caution: no car access, car must be parked down in the village. Path from cable train station to the house is quite steep, not suitable for strollers or wheelchairs or people uncomfortable with steep slopes. Apart from that, it was really a great place to stay, Lothar & Nicole are very nice hosts, easy to communicate with. We had a great time and definitely recommend this place.

My family have the pleasure of staying at Jacqueline’s apartment. The place is immaculately clean and equip with all the things we need. The host is very responsive and helpful. Our family is impressed by the breathtaking views of Swiss Alps mountain and lake Lucerne from the apartment. There are some steps to climb to access the apartment from the Carpark. Mini market is about 7 mins away by car. So is convenient.

I recommend this house. The house is beautiful, and the window overlooks the lake - have a good mood in the morning. We spent a week here and were able to reach many places by car, such as Rigi, Jungfraujoch and Lake Brienz. Sabrina and Jobst are very warm, and any questions that came up during our stay were answered quickly. Before arriving, they also inquired very nicely if we had children with us. After arrival we discovered many child-friendly facilities, and maybe we will come back with the kids in the future.

the Apartment is very nice, I appreciate the aesthetics of the Apartment , the room is spacious and clean, the location is in a good place near stansstad station. Resurants & supermarmet are walk in dustance. ithe room is cleaned every day. Host Reni ia very cooperative Person

A serene and cosy place to come home to after a day of touring. Very easy access to train. Super quiet. Everything you need in a compact and well thought out space.

We had an amazing stay at Nichole and John’s place. Thank you both for your help and incredible hospitality—it truly made my trip special. The house is absolutely beautiful, and the outside scenery is breathtaking. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and cozy retreat!

We were traveling with our 6 month old daughter, Sabine's apartment was super equipped and had everything you need for the age. The kitchen was also well equipped. The location is particularly good for skiers or for a trip by boat. On site a small supermarket, bakery and butcher. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly, Sabine was very friendly and also proactively took care of us. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

The apartment was walkable from the Luzern Train Station. You can take the bus if you have luggage, which is free for Lucerne Guest Card Holders. The apartment was really clean and well maintained. The kitchen was equipped with all kinds of cutlery and supply, the washroom was also spacious. All in all, a really good experience.

The communication with Eveline was wonderful in advance. On site we were very kindly welcomed by her mother. The apartment is very nice. New bathroom, new kitchen and new floors. With lots of wood and everything was sparkling clean. The apartment is on the second floor of a farmhouse.

We had a great stay at Tina’s place. We opened the door to a warm, squeaky clean, spacious, well-appointed and beautifully designed apartment and we ended up staying an extra night. Close to transport and a supermarket and restaurants. We ended up walking into the train station each day - only the equivalent of 4 bus stops, however, the bus is also handy and regular. Train runs underneath but it wasn’t an issue. Sometimes airbnb’s disappoint when it’s pretty clear that the host is disconnected or is overstating facilities, and given the price of accommodation in Switzerland relative to what you get, our expectations haven’t been super high, however, we loved this place. Tina has thought of everything and her care and pride in place shine through in all the extras she has thought of that make guests feel welcome. For example, we used the book about walks in Lucerne that was in the apartment and found the kitchen well stocked for making an evening meal.

Remi's place is perfectly located near all you want to see in Lucern. It's very comfortable, clean, and spacious with great bathrooms! I really appreciated the ability to add the parking, and it's right inside the building. We enjoyedl so many of the recommended spots too. Great communication and so wonderful of you to let us check in early--we were exhausted after a long flight. Great host, great spot, I highly recommend staying here.

The dwelling was very nice to the pictures, but also more beautiful than the photos The view is great and the outdoor session is beautiful So high from the host Everything is available of essentials, napkins, towels and sheets Kitchen is full

It was awesome stay here, house was well setup for kids as well. lots of toys available for kids. felt like in home. Only thing missing was dishwasher or washing machine, but that was not described as well.
