Fantastic location! Walkable to Ping river or rent scooters nearby. Host was very responsive to requests and provided helpful recommendations for the area. The extra fans and A/C units were very helpful for keeping the loft areas cool.

It is suitable for families, the room is clean and tidy, and there are many charging ports. It is very convenient!There are many nice cafes nearby and it's only ten minutes away to Waroros market. There were sticky kitties in the yard🐱 that ran to the room and stuck to us to sleep hahahaha.

Such a peaceful place to enjoy views and sounds of nature in the pristine Chiang Dao (end of November). Me and my family had such a great few days!

We had a great stay here. The house is spacious and the beds extremely comfy. It is in a great location in Nimman and we could walk to lots of places in the centre. Lovely cafe, bar, restaurant and independent shops vibe in the neighbourhood. Would definitely stay here again if coming back to Chiang Mai

Great homestay living experience, the style of the house is simple, and there are some local feel, green plants and flowers are also beautiful, the bed is also more comfortable than the photos, the room is a lot of nice little details, the host is also very good, it has helped a lot, and the trip to Chiang Mai is a good memory.

Patchara is a great host. She reacts very quickly to your e-mail and is a great help. The house is very nice and clean. The location is great, not to busy but close enough to the city center of Chiang Mai.

Really lovely stay in a great relaxing area of Chang Mai. If you are looking for a quiet place that allows you to explore the beautiful area and meet some nice locals then this is the spot. If you decide to chill and enjoy a day at home then this is a very inviting place that allows you to feel very at home. Couldn’t recommend the place more and the host Michael and his wife were extremely helpful and lovely people!

The location of the villa is very good. I don't have to say. It's convenient to go everywhere basically. Don't waste your time. It's so close. There will be a lot of time to play. Itinerary arranged by the owner of the villa. Superb! No need to travel. The breakfast shop next to the villa is recommended. Cheap and delicious. Very authentic Thai porridge and coffee. The room is very new. The villa is very luxurious. Good layout. The rooms are specially soundproofed. Thank you very much for the master of the villa. Leave us a good memory in Chiang Mai

Tolani's place was perfect for our large group to all stay in one compound. street food started just around the corner and easy to hail a tuktuk or taxi from the main road. Ying the maid kept everything fresh and clean during the day and did a great job. would stay here again if I came back to Chiang Mai with a large group

If you are looking for a peaceful,private and beautiful place away from Chiangmai ,this is it. 20 to 30 minute drive from city centre( white public taxis 20 Bhat per person and until 6pm, every 5 or 10 minutes from near the stay and back from the city at Thamel Coffee) This is probably a 5 minute drive from the nearest town center which has supermarkets, an evening market, spas, cafes and shops. The only con was there were mosquitoes in the area and it is not for people who are looking to party or tourist attractions, this is more for just enjoying the nature and local life. The place is very calm, has beautiful surroundings, a pretty stream, an adorable Maximus the pet dog and a very sweet host couple! They made our stay very special and helped us out when we needed! The cottage has a lot of space, and all things you would need for a good stay including washer, kitchen stuff, pool, A/C and other necessities.

Kim and Lucy (local host) were great communicators, the place is a little paradise in the city, the setting (vegetation, pond, and spaces to lounge) was just what we needed. Lucy was super knowledgeable, helpful, she even arranged massages at the property, and brought us local chocolate to try (delicious) and to introduce us to all the wonderful things one can find in Chiangmai. Great family holiday spot.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to our host, Lalin, and share our experience here. This was actually my second stay in this stunning and artistically designed villa. The community surrounding it was just as tranquil and peaceful as when I visited last time. Originally, we had planned to stay for six nights, but unfortunately, we encountered a rather serious flooding situation that compelled us to move to a different area. Couldn't stay here longer . The host, Lalin, proactively communicated with me to alter the reservation and suggested checking out a few days earlier. If it hadn't been for her timely intervention, I would have been trapped in the flooding and unable to make it to the airport (as taxis were unable to access the area on the following day). Lalin recommended another area in location unaffected by the flooding, and as a result, everything went incredibly smoothly. I am immensely grateful for her assistance and would highly recommend her as a host.

Host Nok was responsive and proactive. Breakfast was freshly prepared every morning right in the villa and that helps as there are no eateries within walking distance. For 2 families of a total of 9 (which included 4 kids aged 9-15) the 3 separate houses (all within 1 same compound) was perfect as we could all be together but at the same time have our own space. Kids enjoyed the most as they got to bunk in with each other and loved the pool table and saltwater pool.

Julie is a great host; she helped me when I had some questions, and she is always active. The apartment is great, calm and not hot (there is not so much sun, and this is good because it is repaired, considering there are also trees in front of the balcony). The condo is great; you have everything you need (washing machine, parking, restaurants). The apartment is really clean, and I found everything, I did some work from home and it was comfortable. The area is not close to the center but it is easy if you have a scooter or in taxi (bike costs like 35 baht, car 78). There is a great muay thai gym at 20 minutes walking so great. I would return 10/10.

Great experience, the amenities in the room are perfect, the kitchen utensils are more complete, it is the most perfect house we have stayed in during this trip, from check-in to check-out, every detail makes me feel thoughtful and comfortable, the host sister also took us to the bazaar in the village, gave us a lot of useful travel advice, I will definitely choose this homestay again!

We stayed on this place for 1 month. In several, we liked it all. Rapee is a very likeable and nice host. The things (iron, vacuum cleaner etc) that we were missing, Rapee got us right away. He was also helpful in other things (medical advice). The only thing we missed very much was the mosquito nets on the windows. Thank you and all the best!

So nice to stay in a chill and lovely little corner of Pong Noi. You almost get a taste of village life while being super close to the city. Tons of food and coffee shops in walking distance.

Great private spot. Loved the covered front porch area with the well kept garden. Bird sounds in the evening and the morning make you feel like you are in nature.

Staying here was one of the highlights of our trip to Chiang Mai. The house and property are absolutely stunning, and made for a great reprieve from the hustle and bustle of the city. Waking up in such a unique space was so relaxing, and having coffee and breakfast in the morning was an unexpected delight! Perhaps my favorite part was the darling kitty Lucy who we absolutely fell in love with. We will definitely look forward to booking again on our next trip here!
