This is a beautiful place to stay, it really is an oasis you feel like you are in your own little world. It was lovely being able to take my dog who was right at home settled on the lawn outside and awesome being fully fenced. It had everything I needed, it was tidy clean and well thought out. Nicola was a wonderful host, easy to communicate with and made the stay a breeze

Great place with amazing views from both levels. The large windows makes it possible to enjoy the view even when the weather is bad.

Our two young girls spent the first hour screaming about how beautiful the house is. We were so grateful for Toni’s help, she was always on hand and answered any queries promptly. We are happy to recommend this home to anyone travelling in the area. Such a comfortable, beautiful, easy-to-navigate home for us and our whānau.

The place is quiet, tastefully decorated, and well-equipped with everything you need. There is a dining table, a small couch and monster TV, a large bed with a sizeable walk-in closet and a good sized kitchen and bathroom. There is a bit of a view of the harbor from the living room. The hosts checked in frequently and were quite hospitable. Recommended overall if you're wanting a more out-of-the-way and quiet stay. Due to Wellington's geography, do note that it's located in a pretty hilly neighborhood. There are a few bus stops 10-20 minutes away, and a train station (JVL line) 20 minutes distant, with a supermarket also at 20m. The hills can get pretty steep, so take a rideshare/cab if you have mobility issues or don't want to use transport.

Lovely new quiet and bright townhouse. It was clean and well appointed. The host stocked the kitchen with lots of goodies for us to start our stay. The kitchen was a pleasure to cook in. Loved having the washer/dryer and clothes line outside. Strongly recommend this townhouse with the lovely helpful host. Thank you again Don and Deb for your kind hosting.

Beautiful home. Even though our stay was short, the house was very homely and comfortable. Would highly recommend for big or small families.

A beautiful place to stay. Quiet and peaceful but convenient to everything including shops, places to see and events centre. Couldn't be more helpful hosts. Spotlessly clean and welcoming plus everything you need for a comfortable stay was provided. Parking was a breeze. Highly recommended and I hope to stay again.

The Cashmere Retreat was the last BnB I stayed at prior to going to the South Island. When I came back to Wellington it was the last BnB I stayed at before flying home. I just loved the place! Julie was one of my favorite hosts! She went out of her way to make me feel at home. Everything about this BnB is perfect! Very comfortable bed. Large bathroom. Large and very well equipped kitchen with all that I needed to cook my own meals. Large living room with fast wifi. 10 minute walk to light rail that will take you to the heart of Wellington. The village is only 5 minutes away. It lacks nothing! If you are exploring Wellington, this is the place for you! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Helen’s Airbnb. Helen was kind and friendly and lent my son lots of toys and book to keep him busy and happy. We loved the neighborhood and the Friday night food market. We would definitely stay again. Many thanks 😊

Fantastic apartment - spacious and well positioned in Wellington opposite Te papa. Handy to cafes restaurants and shopping. The host was very helpful showing us around the apartment and giving us a flexible checkout time to fit in with our conference schedule. Definitely would stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful apartment, amazing views. We were sad to leave! 100% recommend, as long as you're ok with 2-3 flights of stairs to enter & leave.

Fantastic experience all around. The apartment was in a prime location. It was such a great size for 6 of us with plenty of spaces and areas to all catch up in. Plenty of beds, bathrooms. So comfortable. Funky and fun. Great inner city apartment vibe. Great kitchen. Super helpful and accommodating owner. This was a top notch experience. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Sue's place was fabulous! It has everything you could possibly think of for a luxurious stay. The view is stunning; the location while close to the city centre feels very peaceful.

Adam’s place was just lovely, we felt right at home, and had all the amenities we needed. Clean and very comfortable. The view and surroundings are stunning. Adam communicated well and went the extra mile with an early check in and some goodies as well. Highly recommend staying here, loved it. Just need to be aware that the on street parking has restrictions, we had no problem with this and Adam provided clear information about it.

We loved the Penthouse apartment, there was a lot of space, more amenities than listed and the location was perfect. We felt right at home and enjoyed the stunning view!

We really enjoyed our stay at the guesthouse in Wellington. It has a nice location, with beautiful views just around each corner. The neighborhood is walkable and has great access to public transportation, which we used to avoid the tiny streets of Wellington! We were able to take a nice long walk down to the CBD via the botanical gardens, and catch the cable car and a bus back home. The home is well equipped and the bed is comfortable. We made good use of the washing machine also, as full time travelers this was nice to have. Wayne was a welcoming and helpful host, and left us a nice array of breakfast treats. This home felt like authentic Wellington, and we would stay again.

Great central Wellington apartment for a mini break. Apartment was comfortable, well equipped , and a really convenient location for shops, restaurants and exploring Wellington. The parking was secure and convenient too.

Fabulous apartment right in the centre of the great eateries restaurants things to do! Minutes walk to boutique supermarket in sand street, great cafes (L’affaré and Prefab our repeat favourites!) Apartment super modern and well stocked with plates glassware and towels. We enjoyed cooking in the well appointed kitchen and the great selection of teas was really appreciated, along with an excellent bottle of Pinot noir! Thanks Blair for accomodating a later check out with your cleaner. The pictures don’t actually show it justice! The sofa is actually a nice tan (looks like a maroon russet colour on our devices) and the dining table while dark is super modern while to us the way it’s photographed it makes the table look a heavy set older style. Only real issue was the constant strong gas like smell in the ground floor lobby (residents told us it can vary and it’s a permanent feature as the huge air conditioning vents expel the conditioned air out right next to the lobby entrance.)

I loved staying at Adrienne’s place bc and she is a wonderful person and host. A clean, stylish and comfortable apartment, that had everything I needed and more. Adrienne was a friendly, communicative and helpful, doing everything she could to make sure my stay was a great one. Her provision of information about the area and things to do was excellent and helped me to make the most of my short stay in Wellington. The room was fabulous and the bed was comfy. Location was close to everything - easy to walk and catch public transport. I would definitely stsy either way Adrienne again if I return to Wellington.
